    Kanina when i was waiting for my friend at Bernardino General Hospital, may dinalang girl sa E.R. tapos sa labas may dalawang batang babae iyak ng iyak and marami ring pulis na dumating, nung tinanong nila anong nangyari kwento nung isa nakascooter daw silang 3 magkakaangkas sa isang scooter, nakita nalang daw nila ung jeep na biglang lumipat sa lane nila at ayun na head-on sila, sumuot sa ilalalim ng jeep ung namatay na girl. sabi ng mga nakakita may iniwasan daw na lubak ung jeep....

    may she rest in peace magpapasko pa naman......

    whosever fault it is, there are two victims, the driver who will surely be imprisoned and the family of the deceased .. this is a tragic incident... hopefully we learned from this..

    3 sa scooter? Legal ba yun? Sorry but I am not really familiar with laws that apply to motorcycles.

    *kiko, illegal yun. besides, 16 y.o. riding a scooter still needs to have a driver's license with restriction 1. since 16 y.o. then it is assumed that they have no DL at the time of the accident.

    however, a law implies that, regardless of whose fault it is, the liability fall on the driver of the larger vehicle. in which case, the driver of the jeepney. can be categorized as " reckless imprudence resulting to homicide".

    sad to say pero muka nga may lusot pa yan jeepney driver na yan sa case na'to.

    3 riders, no safety gears, no DL.

    Pansin ko rin kahit mga suv's like pajero madalas pag may pothole or lubak halos full stop o kaya sobrang bagal ang takbo nila, ako kahit kotse lang direcho lang takbo...

    driver would still be liable. thats how our law works.. kahit sadya pang magpa sagasa ang tao.. reckless imprudence pa din.. but it would be the minimum term ng penalty.. imho

    Anong klaseng lubak yon at isang lane ang kelangan nilang tawirin para ma-head on yung naka scooter?
