nung nawalan kami ng connection sa pldt dsl, humungi ako ng oras at dapat tumawag ang pldt on or before the said time to report to me what the problem is, nagulat yung call center agent na nagbigay siya ng oras, i threaten him na pwede ko siayng patanggal sa trabaho kasi recorded ang conversation namin, at nirecord ko din just to make sure(wala naman kaming telephone recorder), in an hour ayos na linya=) hehehe
moral of the story, takutan lang yan, at dapat wais=)

buti na lang pala good experience ako with Globe Broadband (sa tarlac area).
We moved to an ew house and not available ang PLDT DSL and yung SmartBro naman (our previous ISP), may naka-block sa direction ng cell site kaya ang advise then was to make a 30-foot tower (mahal kaya yun!)
Fortunately and what a good timing that was, nag-start na yung Globe Broadband sa area. I just got the broadband (1mbps - P995/month) and forego of the landline. Free installation and it came with a modem and router. Since the installation last June, wala naman ako naging problema sa connection and never ako naka-receive ng Bill so hindi rin ako nagbabayad. hehehe
Then last saturday, nawala ang connection. Naisip ko na it has something to do with the payment so off to the Globe Center (SM Clark) we went and yun nga, because of unpaid bill, disconnected sya. After paying the 4 months bill, wait lang daw for reconnection within 24 hours. Pagbalik namin ng bahay, may internet connection na!

i also managed to inform globe thru their call center 171 regarding the incident and prior to my gun poking i also informed them na pag magpapapunta sila ng tech team siguruhin nilang matino kung hindi makakatikim sila....

globe subscriber din ako (mobile phone). did not have any qualms with them, only until recently. the bone of my contention with them so far is their inept customer service center. in short, either the csr's who answer your query do not know the issue or they promise to call you back but nthey don't do it at all! i'm still patient, but my patience is wearing thin. saan ba nakakabili ng .45?

September 24th, 2008 05:46 AM #26buti nalang wala pang ganyan dito sa cebu. mabait pa ang mga lineman at they upgrade your modem for free. ang globelines ko, 24/7 umaandar and never napuputol. landline is also good. and speeds are always at least what i subscribed for, and sometims nga it becomes almost 5 times faster (4800kbps/4.8Mbps at its fastest). this connection is about 2 years old na, but konti lang ang downtimes. i think i'm happy with this, since i know other people using pldt keep having problems.

Iba ugali ng tao dito sa luzon marv25, although hindi naman lahat majority lang. Galing ako ng mindanao 3 years na ako dito sa pangasinan pero hangang ngayon nagaadjust pa rin ako sa ugali dito.
Just imagine DIGITEL technician can't fix a simple downtime issue on our internet line in Urdaneta they've been trying to fix it for three days but to no avail. Nagsawa ako sa kanila kaya ako na ang nag ayos, ayun less than five minutes may internet na kami.
The only good thing with them is walang ganyang kalokohan tulad ng Globelines. But the services suck bigtime because of this sub con.
