My mom didn't recieved her statement of account last month, as it turned out the delivery person SIGNED THE RECIEPT FORM himself and missplaced my Mom's statement. We already complained about this to Citibank, hopefully this doesn't happen to any of you guys...

johnnyd: Pumunta pa samin yung sa delivery, sabi iniwan daw yung statement sa office namin, sabi ng secretary namin "Ituro mo kung kaynino mo iniwan" tapos biglang inamin "ako ho nagperma kasi lunch break" tanong uli ng secretary namin "san mo iniwan yung statement?" di na makasagot ang mokong. Eh pwede naman niya balikan or kumatok di niya ginawa o kaya pasa niya sa ibang delivery personel.

di yan taga citibank. they have partners, sort of service contract to deliver bills to their customers

command irresponsibility parin ng citibank 'yan kasi it cannot demonstrate its own commitment to their clients..mala elepante man o langgam ang laman ng deposit..nawala na ang trust, hence, hanap nalang ibang bangko..:fire:

ganon dinsa credit cards..d ko talaga nareceived ang statement of account tapos siningil ako penalty charges next statement ng AIG card..!*#$%&^na sila..!:seeth:

Well, I really don't care if the person whos delivering the statement works for them or not, CitiBank should be held accountable for this error, if they really care about their clients they should not take this lightly... we're taking about confidential information here.

Ey, dont get me wrong. Sinabi ko lang na outsource yan, pero syempre ang dapat na kumilos is Citibank pa rin.

easy lng. tao din sila. no company is perfect. just have them investigate on bill delivery or file a complaint. with regards to charging you lae fees, have them reverse the said amount.

Usually pag Christmas, nawawala mga statements. Baka ginagawang ransom mga statements para mabigyan yung mga courier ng 'pamasko'.

Also, be careful of these couriers. They can just open your statements and give them to those kidnappers who are in cahoots with them.

A more serious reason to freak out is that the bill will give a crook a credit card number, the type, and a correct billing address. If he gets lucky with your trash or other mail, he may get a birthdate too.

Most online sites though will require the 3 digit CVV at the back of the card.

But creating an identical card with the right name and number will not arouse suspicion in traditional stores.

Of course, you can always contest all purchases and they will investigate. They will be reversed once proven that you did not make the purchase. Hassle lang talaga.

With all due respect, I don't think forging a signature is a human error. This is the 2nd time Citibank made an "error" against my parents, the 1st case involves my dad's credit card being stolen (di nakuha dad ko yung credit card niya), and used to purchase $US 10K worth of "goods".

Maraming restaurants naghihingi na din ng ID (driver's liscense...) kung babayad ng Credit Card. Madami na daw fake CC, at iniipit yung vendor ng CC company kahit naaprove na nila yung bayad sa swipe machine.
