Naka-hard mount siya sa license plate at grille, eh. Sorry.
Sobra naman yan kung may ilaw pa.
Btw, since the mid-40's may badges na talaga ang mga sasakyan namin.
Never have I thought that they would become an issue within my lifetime.

July 6th, 2008 05:18 AM #43Pardon me but I think you got the wrong idea on that "doctor on call" sign, doctors save lives and every minute really counts. Yes that's a privilege that they get but that's because they really are important in some situations, it could matter life or death to their patients. It's not just a matter of who's exempted in that color coding scheme of MMDA and who's not. just try to put yourself in their situation, lets say a patient is in cardiac arrest and the doctor gets busted for driving a car with a color coding plate number on that day. Who's gonna decide on what to do? nurses are there but all they can do is follow the orders of a licensed physician. Doctors have the highest position sa healthcare profession and they cannot be replaced once they are needed, kahit madaling araw pa yan, minsan nga susubu na lang sila ng pagkain nila bigla pa may emergency and so they have to rush anywhere they are needed. siguro nga minsan naaabuso pero if you'd look at it as a whole you'd see that they really deserve and need those signs in their line of work.
no offense s mga lawyers pero i think yun ang mejo walang basis for exemptions to any rule when it comes to traffic. They just have to come early kung saan man ang appointment nila. Come to think of it, wala naman mamatay kung malalte sila eh, and they have no one to blame but themselves dahil sa pagiging late nila.

July 7th, 2008 09:57 AM #49So far, lahat naman ng sasakyan na may "doctor on call" na nakakasabay ko sa daan ay maayos magmaneho, so they get my respect and courtesy .
OT lang, nakakaasar yung sinasakyan ko dating service (colorum) from ayala to marikina.

... fortunately for me, nahanap ko na kung saang hospital sya pumupunta ... and unfortunately for him, ingat ingat sya ... at may sorpresa akong hinanda sa kanya ...:evillaugh
Choice I would have made as well.
