Sorry.
Sobra naman yan kung may ilaw pa.
Btw, since the mid-40's may badges na talaga ang mga sasakyan namin.
Never have I thought that they would become an issue within my lifetime.![]()

Buti na lang walang "GAGO ON CALL" hehehehehe
Dapat di sila wreckless (oooopsss I mean reckless drivers) kaya lang sila bingyan nang ganyan is pag may emergency para di sila sitahin pero ewan ko ba
Pardon me but I think you got the wrong idea on that "doctor on call" sign, doctors save lives and every minute really counts. Yes that's a privilege that they get but that's because they really are important in some situations, it could matter life or death to their patients. It's not just a matter of who's exempted in that color coding scheme of MMDA and who's not. just try to put yourself in their situation, lets say a patient is in cardiac arrest and the doctor gets busted for driving a car with a color coding plate number on that day. Who's gonna decide on what to do? nurses are there but all they can do is follow the orders of a licensed physician. Doctors have the highest position sa healthcare profession and they cannot be replaced once they are needed, kahit madaling araw pa yan, minsan nga susubu na lang sila ng pagkain nila bigla pa may emergency and so they have to rush anywhere they are needed. siguro nga minsan naaabuso pero if you'd look at it as a whole you'd see that they really deserve and need those signs in their line of work.
no offense s mga lawyers pero i think yun ang mejo walang basis for exemptions to any rule when it comes to traffic. They just have to come early kung saan man ang appointment nila. Come to think of it, wala naman mamatay kung malalte sila eh, and they have no one to blame but themselves dahil sa pagiging late nila.
teka, lumang thread na to ah...
WBR,
anywayz, "doctor on call" sticker is available to your local sticker maker a...dapat sa PRC or may PRC control no mga yan para malaman kung DR talaga ang owner. hirap i destinguish.. lalo na iba may wang-wang pa...
teka teka, baka "DOCTOR" means--- doctorate, doktor ng papel, doktor quak quak...
So far, lahat naman ng sasakyan na may "doctor on call" na nakakasabay ko sa daan ay maayos magmaneho, so they get my respect and courtesy.
OT lang, nakakaasar yung sinasakyan ko dating service (colorum) from ayala to marikina.
... fortunately for me, nahanap ko na kung saang hospital sya pumupunta ... and unfortunately for him, ingat ingat sya ... at may sorpresa akong hinanda sa kanya ...:evillaugh

may iba kasi almost all situations ginagamit yung priviledge. sighOriginally Posted by pikoyski View Post

come to think of it...is it a law to post yung MD badge sa plate area or yung paglagay ng "doctor on call" sa mga windshield? just a thought...
Tapos you are going to make the owner of the vehicle suffer the consequences of your 'sorpresa'.
Btw, the last emergency call I had, I was in the mall buying a shirt. So don't get the impression that just because we are at places of leisure, we are not obliged to respond to emergencies.

after nya lumagpas, bumalik kami sa fast lane and then ...biglang nagbrake ... almost nag complete stop sa harap namin .... syempre brake din kami then change lane ... pero di pa pala sya tapos... hinintay nya kami sumabay sa kanya tapos nag cut sa lane namin ... yung pag cut, ginawa nya twice ...thank God, i was able to control my anger and think of the safety of my passengers first ...
