    Yes, siree. Lots of drivers out there who don't know how to drive properly. Worse, they think they're invincible and forgo wearing the usual safety gear. All these make them unsafe at any speed.

    Since may dashcam video hindi na yan makakasuhan. No probable cause of criminal action. Hindi na yan ififile ng prosecutor. Basta ipakita lang agad nung kotse yung video ng dashcam para iwas sa hassle.
