No, kung sino may kasalanan siya nga dapat magbayad. Wala dapat bayaran si pick-up driver like in my case. Hindi ko na nga siningil yung damage sa auto ko kasi sinagot na ng office. Kaso if namatay si MC driver wala ka na din talaga mahahabol sa ganung sitwasyon.

btw di ko na in-upload since di naman gaano kita. naix kahapon, nasa rfid lane yung taxi, tapos gitgit sa cash lane. pinalo ko side mirror dahil tatama na sakin. sabi ko "tama ba ginagawa mo!" tapos nanlilisik na mata ko sa galit (badtrip kasi wala pako lpg tank). nanlisik din mata nya LOL

in case of emergency naman, the hospital isn't supposed to ask for money up front.

Yung TPL ang pwede gamitin ng naka-disgrasya para bayaran yung na-aksidente although reimbursement lang yun. Upfront yung nakabangga talaga sasagot unless wala ka kasalanan pwede ka magmatigas na hindi ka gagastos at bahala siya sa expenses niya.
