Since may dashcam video hindi na yan makakasuhan. No probable cause of criminal action. Hindi na yan ififile ng prosecutor. Basta ipakita lang agad nung kotse yung video ng dashcam para iwas sa hassle.

Ang isang nakakabahala is kapag may bata kang kasama at sayo nangyari yung ganyan. Iwas hassle ka nga sa kaso pero imagine yung trauma sa bata pag naka-experience ng ganyan. Madalas pa naman kasama ko mag-ina ko pag lumalabas. Doble o kahit triple ingat kailangan.

Tingin ko walang prosecutor na mag-file ng kaso niyan. Obvious sa video eh. Ipasa man ng prosecutor, malamang sa Judge ibabasura na agad for lack of probable cause. Sinong prosecutor naman gusto na mapahiya sa Judge diba.

Isa pa, by using the opposite lane, obvious din naman na at fault talaga si MC rider. Unless gusto lang gumastos, unnecessarily, ng family ng MC driver, walang kalaban-laban yung MC driver.

He did react kaso nga biglaan talaga. Human nature naman na iiwas ka pero no normal huamn has F1 driver instinct nor ability naman to be able to avoid such an accident. Kawawa nga yung dalawang sasakyan, papano pa nila mahahabol yung driver eh mukhang dead on the spot yun. Mabuhay man grabe gastos sa medical expenses pa.

No, kung sino may kasalanan siya nga dapat magbayad. Wala dapat bayaran si pick-up driver like in my case. Hindi ko na nga siningil yung damage sa auto ko kasi sinagot na ng office. Kaso if namatay si MC driver wala ka na din talaga mahahabol sa ganung sitwasyon.

No, kung sino may kasalanan siya nga dapat magbayad. Wala dapat bayaran si pick-up driver like in my case. Hindi ko na nga siningil yung damage sa auto ko kasi sinagot na ng office. Kaso if namatay si MC driver wala ka na din talaga mahahabol sa ganung sitwasyon.

i believe, the law is silent on who's supposed to pay for the hospital bill.
in case of emergency naman, the hospital isn't supposed to ask for money up front.
