I still think the Nothrail can lessen traffic more than any road or highway projects. Too bad noynoy did not pursue it.

there are studies internationally showing that construction of new roads does not reduce traffic congestion. Ironically they are saying that more roads actually result to more traffic.

The true solution to traffic congestion is efficient public mass transportation.

yes true. they should've laid the framework for this already. obvious naman na isang malaking failure ang franchising sa transport system.
