Pero agree ako dun sa post ni Chronicle. In certain *exceptional* situations tulad ng nangyari sa kanya:

-near total whiteout;
-narrow 2 lane road in the mountains, bangin katabi ng isang lane, the mountain side on the other;
-no option of waiting it out by stopping somewhere...

Justified na yung mag hazard, because almost desperate na rin yung situation... and you need every bit of visibility you can muster under those circumstances. Pero sa 99% of other situations, wala talaga reason mag hazard.

When your front lights are on, the (red) highly visible tail lights are on, and they glow even brighter when you step on the brakes.

So yung mga ginawang "disco light" yung rear bulbs nila, pina smoked yung rear lenses, o kaya ginawang clear kaya tuloy parang park light na lang... well, danger kayo not only sa sarili nyo but to everyone else on the road.
