in fairness naman sa tmg, totoo, cleared yun car inso far as the plate number or whatever number is concerned, but the problem is hindi yun ang number ng oto mo dahil tampered nga! dapat kmuha ka ng ice pick tapos kinuskos mo yun chasis number bago mo binili(hehe kng pumayag). chineck mo ba yan mga numbers sa oto kng kinalikot bago mo binili?

Hindi naman lahat ng tiga-TMG e masama. Yung ibang kakilala ko tapat naman sa trabaho. Inaamin nya na may mga masama sa grupo pero di lahat. Yung ibang kasama nga nila e pinagtataga ng mga carnapper sa Batangas. Takot nga sila sa buhay nila dahil well financed and connected mga carnapper. Kadalasan nga ng carnap na kaso nila e kamag-anak ng militar o pulis. Matindi ang pressure.

OO nga help him/her naman. Kung may kilala lang ako sa TMG e tutulungan kita. LTO meron ako kilala pero dapat yung file mo computerized na sa kanila. Taga IT lang veryfy veryfy lang pero no power.

That is why I'm giving him advise now as to what he needs to do. Once he gets certification from dealership and TMG still gives him a hard time, then that's the time I'm willing to intervene. As for now, he needs to go through the process and prove otherwise.

I am weary of buying cars with personalized plates...

Plus the verification of numbers by your TMG friend is different from the etching. The new number may be clean, but etching will determine if they were tampered.
