    Entitled si lola joe eh.

Ang akin lang, if you have the resources to buy a car that can do triple the speed limit, you ought to be the more educated one.

Ayoko talaga dun sa mga taong nakaka-angat na nga, dinuduro pa yung mas mababa sa kanila.

Just because you have more resources to buy something doesn't make you excempt with the law. The law applies to everyone whether you own a fancy car or a sub-compact. If it is a public road, then respect the speed limits.

RIP to the victim of the accident. It was indeed a Black Saturday.

Baka naman si lolojoe ay wala naman ni isang flashy street legal car? Pwede natin sabihin na fanboi siya ng isang Mustang GT.

Look what the Mustang can do, it can flip an Adventure without getting any damage!

Look what the Mustang can do, it can go on a fast speed, yet it can brake instantly!

At si lolojoe naman pag nasa kalsada, don't mess with me ang peg, or else I'll raise my middle finger at aabangan kita sa malapit na tollgate para sabihin ko sa iyo na wala ka sa lugar.

He reminds me of someone who loves to do citizen arrest.... :bwahaha:

Espina gives Posthumous award to PCI Ferdinand Rosario
Supports Full Investigation of the Accident

National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Chief, Police Director Leonardo A Espina calls for the thorough investigation on the vehicular incident that lead to the death of Police Chief Inspector Ferdinand C. Rosario, Company Commander/3rd Public Safety Company of the Regional Public Safety Battalion, NCRPO and injuring three (3) other police officers: PO2 Jun Rey Ybańez, PO1 Nerilito Palima, and PO1 Andro Manangan along Skyway near Sucat Toll Plaza on Black Saturday morning.

PCI Rosario was driving a Mitsubishi Adventure with plate number ZFB 389 with three (3) police officers on board. They were traversing south bound to inspect bus marshals on board buses that travel from North to South when their vehicle had a flat tire. PCI Rosario slowed down moving to the side of the road when suddenly a speeding black Ford GT Mustang without plate number driven by one Baldwin Co y Dee, 50, bumped them from behind causing them to crash to the center barrier of the road and turn turtle.

PO1 Manangan immediately called for assistance at Tactical Operation Center/ 3rd Public Safety Company, RPSB who responded immediately. While Sky patrollers responded immediately and rushed them to Ospital ng Muntinlupa for medical attention but PCI Rosario was declared dead-on-arrival while the three (3) police officers were brought to PNP General Hospital at Camp Crame for physical check up.

The lone suspect Co allegedly escaped from the hospital. Hence, Espina requested from the Highway Patrol Group (HPG) full investigation on the circumstances on the alleged escape of the only suspect from the Asian Hospital where he was confined.
PDIR Espina recognized PCI Rosario for his efforts in closely monitoring on the police officers assigned as bus marshal leading to zero hold-up/robbery incident on buses during Lenten seasons. Espina gave posthumous medal to honor PCI Rosario. The medal as received by his brother and sister aside from financial assistance.

PCI Ferdinand C. Rosario, 37, single, native of Pangasinan, member of PNPA “Buklod-Diwa” class 2001. He is suppose to graduate from his Bachelor of Laws at Manuel L Quezon University this year. He was described as a good leader and an approachable police officer by his staff and friends. His dedication to duty is attested by his numerous PNP merits and awards since he served the organization from the Special Action Forces in 2001 to his current post with the Regional Safety Battalion in NCRPO.

“Si PCI Rosario ay isang matiging na kasapi ng pulisya at isang huwaran na dapat tularan ng bawat pulis. Hanggang sa huling sandali ng kanyang buhay, siya ay nagsisilbi sa bayan. Personal nyang pinamunuan ang pag-inspeksyon ng mga bus marshals upang masiguro ang kaligtasan at kaayusan ng mga manlalakbay nitong nakaraang Semana Santa.” Espina said.

“Hindi natin isasantabi ang kaso na ito, nakipag-ugnayan na ako sa Director ng Highway Patrol Group para tutukan at lutasin ang kaso at managot ang salarin sa nangyayaring aksidente.” He added. ###

from Police major killed, 3 other cops hurt in Skyway road mishap - InterAksyon.com

nabangga pa pala raw ng isang Montero tsk tsk

    -----

MANILA, Philippines – In one of the worst road crashes on the Skyway toll road in southern Metro Manila, a police major was killed and three other policemen injured after their vehicle was hit by a speeding sports car driven by a businessman. The police major, thrown off the vehicle by the impact, was further hit by a speeding Montero, which did not bother to stop.

Police Chief Inspector Ferdinand Rosario, 37, didn’t make it alive to the hospital on Black Saturday after being run over by a speeding sports utility vehicle moments after being thrown out of the Mitsubishi Adventure he was driving. The Adventure was earlier bumped from behind at the elevated portion of the Skyway in Sucat, Paranaque City, by a Ford GT sports car that doesn’t even have a license plate.

A certain Baldwin Co, the driver of the first car (the Ford GT) that rammed the victim's vehicle, fled after being treated at the hospital. He was reportedly with a certain Grace Alimay, who was also treated in the hospital. Initial police investigation showed Co is a businessman residing in the plush Ayala Alabang subdivision.

The impact from Co’s speeding car caused Rosario to lose control of the vehicle, which swerved and rolled over several times. Rosario was also thrown off the vehicle because of the impact. Moments after he was thrown off, along came a speeding Montero that also hit him, initial reports said.

Rosario, 37, was assigned at the Regional Public Safety Battalion of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO). He and three other policemen with him in the vehicle were on Holy Week duty.

The three other policemen with him in the vehicle - Police Officers 1 Jun Rey Ibanez, Merlito Paliwa and Andrew Lamayo - were also wounded in the incident.

However, Co managed to flee while being treated at the Asian Hospital. NCRPO Director Leonardo Espina has ordered a manhunt for Co, who is facing charges of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide, multiple injury and damage to property. With Abigail Kwok, InterAksyon.com

So it's possible the victim was not wearing his seat belt since he was thrown clear of the car?

Meron bang minimum speed limit sa skyway? Sabi kasi slowed down to the side of the road. Baka may fault din ung adventure. This is why we should always stay on the speed limit, minimum or maximum. If we go beyond or below, it may cause an accident.
