It's actually the opposite bro, mostly pangit at naglalakihan tyan ang mga yan kaya kailangan nila ng pampapogi.

That is so true!!! That's one reason why I rarely go home to Laguna because the toll fees are so expensive! Calamba exit is P214 ata, may additional pa toll if you take the road sa may Sto Tomas ata.

Mas madali pala trace kung naka Epass yung Montero. Their database should allow them to filter which vehicles made an entry and exit on a specific time period. Then further isolate based on the model? Dati kasi notice sa Epass na no switching of tags, When you apply for Epass kasi you have to indicate Make, model etc. Pero kahit walang epass, mahirap ba i isolate lahat ng nag exit na montero during that time period wala naman masyado kotse sa skyway.

Theoretically no switching of tags. In practice it happens a lot and no one seems really inclined to do anything about it. I transfer my tag between my two cars whenever I use the expressway.

Pwede, you just need to register the different vehicles that will be using the epass

If I were the prosecutor, I will name the Montero driver as John Doe if he is sufficiently identified and described by the witnesses during the preliminary investigation. This means that when I file my case before the court, the accused would be Baldwin Co and John Doe. The inclusion of the Montero driver is important for the purpose of tolling the period of prescription. If during arraignment, the Montero driver cannot be located, his case will be archived and the other accused present will be arraigned for the court to acquire jurisdiction over the person of Baldwin. Without the accused being arraigned no valid trial could be had. But at least, when all the accused are named, the State is protected from prescription to run against it and in turn the State would be able to preserve the rights of the victim's kin with regards to the civil aspect of the case.

^ I hate to dig up old issues but just can't help it. You can also look up the most hated car in tsikot and find how everybody was proud of their exploits... how they smoke it using their family CUVs and family sedans, not even using a sportscar. Boost their ego pa nga kasi kahit pampamilya na kotse kaya iwan yun most hated car.

Obviously can't claim to innocence, but I always make sure that my speed is not excessive compared to the cars around me. I might let rip on a deserted stretch of expressway, but over blind crests, around turns and when overtaking, I make sure that I'm going well under the speed limit.

If any car/bike club or performance shops stubbornly continue to do reckless overspeeding in public roads, despite this accident, and worse would even celebrate it in the internet, please goon squad the club / shop. Spread the word against them, and stop supporting them.

The problem is not every car involved came from performance shops, some are just ordinary vehicle (family shared) driven by frustrated race car (or just plain cheap) drivers. Dami nga nagkwento dito na kung paano DAW nila iniwan yun souped-up cars using their unmodified pampamilya cars.

Has anyone here ever brought their rides to the Batangas racing circuit or Carmona Raceway to let her loose? It is a very sound suggestion by Deakins which I am curious to try.
