IMO, it's a fair deal. But the TS has to know whatever happened to his key, and the whereabouts of the security guard to provide some closure. The incident may be repeated, and other customers may be victimized.. the last time i talked to him the offer will more or less be:
1. change whole alarm system, ingnition, locks and keys
2. change bumper (not repaint only)
3. clean up the whole car
now for the compensation for all the troubles of mr Apex i
1. full bodykits for his sportage
2. HID kits
3. unlimited detailing/waxing/washing services for the whole year
hindi pwedeng mabawasan yan, but pwedeng madagdagan
One good thing about this incident is that the shop has offered its apologies and offered to make amends. Nowadays, bibihira yung ganun, so I think crucifying the owner isn't warranted anymore.
