Apex i, i',m personally affiliated with starbright bodykits, i just talked to andy, the owner regarding this, and according to him, your recount of what happened is as it is, i won't give reasons anymore on why it happened as we are not trying to make up any excuses on why or how it happened, if it was an accident or not, bottomline we messed up big time
according to andy he has personally talked to you and your mom about this, and in fact i think you have a meeting with him together with a represntative of kia and the shop employee that you talked to before andy, he is more than willing to fix all the damages to your car and give something in return for the trouble this may have caused you, if this had happened to me i'm sure i won't be happy also
there's nothing wrong with letting people know what happened to your car, this is something that we appreciate as this will help us improve our service, again, in behalf of andy i apologize for what happened and i hope we can resolve this as quickly as possible, if you need any help you can pm me and we can talk personally

some points lang, there was never an intention to cover up what happened, in fact nag offer naman na irepair and palitan, plus other services/goods para sa hassel, now hindi acceptable sa kanya yung offer, that's why mag mee meet tom para pag usapan, so let's wait nalang sa result ng meeting nila, i hope it turns out well

and another thing, sa mga nagpopost na baka carnapin yung auto, konting preno naman dyan, that's below the belt, sa tingin ko naman civilized ang mga tao dito, responsible posting lang sana, yung comment nyo na mag file ng case or i report sa DTI ok lang, walang problema, pero para sabihin na cacarnapin foul yun , about the case with enrile, that's already closed, acquitted

Hi Apex_i, alam na ba ng Dad mo itong nangyari? If not, tell him and discuss this with him. I'm sure he will accompany you sa meeting na ito. The likes of these people as we perceive it here, are sly, manipulating, and shrewd. Isama mo si Dad para di ka ma-intimidate or ma-hoodwink into settling for a peanut. Be steadfast with whatever demand that you and your dad will come up with. Reminder lang kung sakali, don't ever sign any quit claim or settlement or any document for that matter without consulting a lawyer.
