Experience ko naman, force of gravity lang kaya tumama ung door sa kabilang sasakyan. Tinignan kong mabuti. Wala namang damage, walang galos, walang gasgas. So papasok na ko sa resto. upon alighting, the other driver and i saw that although my bumper was crushed, his rear didn't have no scratch on it.

So sinagasaan enforcer, tumulong na isa pang enforcer, pati pulis tumulong na rin. Hindi pa rin nakuha ang lisensya at naka alis pa rin SUV.

Pano nila na suspend ng 90 days yung lisensya ng SUV driver kung hindi nila nakuha yung lisensya? They based it on the owner of the SUV plate number?

Walang kwents pag suspend ng lisensya dahil mukhang hindi naman nya kailangan dahil hindi sya kaya ng mga enforcers pati pulis.
