mabuti pa si bahay 1 na nag set na ng good example na nag rereklamo dati na di siya maka pasok sa garahe kapag nasa harap ako ng bahay 3. sabi ko sa kanya mali kase ang pasok niya sa garahe at dapat mag maniobra muna siya sa beta street bago pumasok ng garahe na patusok.... ayun wala na siya reklamo kase na reialize niya mali pala ang approach niya papasok ng garahe...

meron naman kase options, pero sa katigasan ng ulo o lack of driving skills ang nagpapahirap, di naman pwede lagi the easy life...

exactly. Ako na stress reading the posts here. I feel for bahay 2! I am so glad Stigg Ma is NOT my neighbor because I will raise hell if he did that to me. Your house is supposed to be your refuge pero how's that if you're not in good terms with your neighbors, dapat nga magkakapitbahay tulungan.

Bahay 1 and 2 both park their cars in their garage, bahay 3 who has a bigger lot area than the two park outside wala ba garahe si Bahay 3? Almost the same problem ito sa subdivision namin recently nung may bagong homeowner who has 3 cars parked outside. May garahe naman sya but all are parked outside, may isang neighbor na nag complain na.

If it's that easy to manoeuvre in your street then why did bahay 1 complain about you as well? It seems like you're the common denominator here.

Doesn't matter how wide your street is. You shouldn't even be parking sa street. Even in private villages pwede kayo imandate na tanggalin car niyo sa street

Kung asshole si bahay 2. He'll use his old car para "accidentally" sabitan yung violet car or the newer the better. Ooppsie Paying for the sabit is worth the satisfaction. A few weeks of easy/clear manoeuvring

it's about using that road as one's parking space.
the complaining neighbors have the decency to park their cars inside their own garages.
why don't the owners of the violet car do the same?

My lolo has a very old vehicle na malaki, running joke samin yun kung ano man babangga or babanggain nun wasak hahaha. It's still in my grandparents house but not running na. If I get a windfall of money kukunin ko yun at ipapagawa. Harabas vehicle. All of us cousins learned to drive there because my Lolo didn't care kung ibangga namin e hindi masisira lol

solved na problema namin ni bahay 2, dumating yung kapatid niya at tinuruan siya ng tama pag parada, wala siya choice kundi mag maniobra sa beta street kung di nya kaya yung 6 meters na turning radus sa xpander nya... kase lahat naman dito sa amin ay ganun ang ginagawa at nag mamaniobra sa beta street para maka labas/pasok...

BTW, kaya i pasok nung kapatid nya yung sasakyan kahit nasa harap ako ng bahay 3 naka parada

ang lesson, wag puro reklamo, humanap ng paraan para ma solusyonan ang problema...

I remember one neighbor na he would park his car malapit sa driveway ko. Kayang kaya ko na man ipasok sa gate by utilizing more of my "driving skills", yup, it takes more effort and time everytime labas pasok ako sa gate ko.

Kung hindi lang sana selfish ahole Yung neighbor ko, lesser effort and time and less of my good old driving skills ang nagagamit ko everyday.

Until one day i had a really terrible day, and hindi ko na na harness ang driving skills ko, edi ayun, nag pa 3 panel paint job sya a week after.
