I will surely encounter these folks again today on our way to QC. And poor owners of Isuzu Crosswind, because I am almost certain that they will be flagged down.

This morning, I noticed a big group of guys in black pants and green shirts along Caltex Buendia apprehending delivery trucks, Urvans, and the favorite Crosswind. The usual MO, they would ask the driver to step out of the vehicle and rev the f*ck out of the engine. Usok! The real pollutants who you don't need to rev much were stopped. But with a smile and a slute, they were let off even without revving their engines.

Nakita ko to when i passed by 7-11 in caltex to buy coffee. Papakabitan ko na ng lpg fumigation yung isang delivery van naman if magka budget para malinis talaga burn ng diesel. Mga hayop yan

Nadaan nga ako dyan sa Buendia near Caltex kahapon ng umaga. Dami nila.

First time ko nakita ASBU dyan sa location na yan.

Tyempo pa naman, STOP at ako nasa unahan ng Buendia cor Chino Roces kaya kita agad ako.
Nung malapit na ko sa location nila eh may isang mokong na kumakaway papuntang inner lane palapit sa sasakyan ko. Hindi ako tumigil derecho lang, he he he.

Bukas eh dyan uli ruta ko. Siguro iwas muna para wala perwisyo.

Merong ABSU sa umaga minsan sa Binondo papuntang Jones Bridge. Panay delivery truck saka private vehicle hinuhuli, pero mga jeep saka bus na dumadaan hindi pinapansin.

mga sirs/mam, sa wakas, nag bigay na rin ng procedure ang mmda. narindi siguro sa kaka follow up ko. nung una nga, ang na send yung apprehension procedure. sabi ko, ok naman ito, pero mas mahalaga malaman namin(mga motorista na biktima) kung tama baang ginagawa sa test ng mga ito. i send ko dun sa isang tsikoteer na puede magpost (or marunong, baka masyado akong jurassic, he he) para sa kaalaman nating lahat. rebisahin natin ang procedure, para alam natin kung tama ba ang ginagawa nila. marami din naman techie dito sa atin, kaya malamang mag bigay sila ng opinion tungkol sa procedure na ito.

May daily kotong/suhol na binibigay yung mga jeep at bus sa mga iyan kaya di sila hinuhuli. dati 20 pesos per day tapos may kinakabit na sticker na palatandaan na naglagay yung PUV, para hindi hulihin. kaya naman kahit balagbag ang mga parada ng mga PUV at may smoke screen kapag dumaraan sila eh di natitikitan.
