Pati sa FAirview yesterday before noon time, na-traffic ako dahil sa PI na mga asbung yan. Syempre dun sila sa makitid na lugar nag pwesto pero mga bus naman at jeep di hinuhuli.

Naging malaking negosyo na sa buong MM....

sa Pasay marami taga huli. one time Isuzu truck namin nahuli tinangal ang plate. Went to get the plate sa Pasay office nila, they ask kung me RESIBO o WALA. Kung me RESIBO, need to have to van smoke test (dapat pasado siya). Pag walang RESIBO no need to test. To save sa hassle walang resibo na kinuha namin.

Seen this sorry sight about 2 weeks ago. Samantalang a few feet before their location ang babaan ng jeep. Pag arangkada nun, sabay takip pa ng ilong at bibig. Hello?! Naghahanap ba talaga kayo ng usok?!

i was once pulled over by the Makati ASBU also in C5. I was driving our GASOLINE Powered Innova. I kept quiet and didnt bother telling him in advance. Our car was still new, barely 6 months old. I was told by the officer, "sir! check lang po for smoke belching" then I said "bago lang kotse ko bakit i-checheck?" SOP daw kasi. Sabi ko "OK", then I told the officer, "Sir! Did you know what you're doing is completely wrong?" and he said "bakit?", then I said, "kasi hindi diesel kotse ko. GASOLINE po ito". THen the officer raised his voice at me by saying "HINDI AKO TANGA HA! ANG INNOVA DIESEL. MAY INNOVA DIN KAMI. HINDI YAN GAS" So when he raised his voice, it was something like nagpaparinig sa mga kasama niya.

Then I challenged him, I told him to pop the hood and see for himself, he became furious and asked me for my Drivers License which I did not give to him. He even said he will just dismantle my plate number. So what I did, was I also raised my voice so other motorist being apprehended could hear me. "MGA KAPATID, ITONG OPISYAL NA ITONG HUMUHULI SA AKIN, PINEPERAHAN AKO AT SINASABI SA AKIN NA ANG INNOVA KO HINDI GAS AT DIESEL ITO. MAS MARUNONG PA SA MAY-ARI." I was so pissed at him he just made me go, I wanted to get his name but they were not wearing any ID or name plates. When he made me leave, I yelled to him instead "KURAKOT KA! GAGO! KOTONG KA LANG!" Then I left, his face was so embarrassed already as his colleagues were just smiling and laughing, giving me that thumbs up sign (weird lang).

If it was me, I will let them test it and see what's the result. And if it fails, I'll smack to their faces that it was a gas fed vehicle. What do you think will their alibi to this?

Wonder why wala pa rin nag question ng constitutionality ng procedures ng mga ASBU na yan before the courts. I believe pwede to ma question for violation of rights against unreasonable search and seizures, same rights limiting check points. Parang "fishing expedition" na kasi ginagawa nila. Dapat may probable cause man lang para parahin and much more kung papababain sa sasakyan, di pwede yung dahil sa diesel lang yung sasakyan kasi it does not follow na smoke belcher na.
