    Holden Colorado 7 isn't a clone of the Chevy Trailblazer. It's the Trailblazer also. Holden is the Australian subsidiary of General Motors and all Chevrolets sold in Australia and New Zealand are marketed as Holdens. Unlike Isuzu which developed a different engine and transmission for the MU-X even if the Trailblazer is its platform sibling [emoji4] because Isuzu is a distinct car manufacturer from Chevrolet. So to say that the Holden Colorado 7 is a clone of the Chevrolet Trailblazer, that's wrong because it's the same vehicle, only rebadged for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

    And by the way, most cars that share the same platform don't like alike. Does the previous generation Ford Focus, Volvo S40 and Mazda 3 ring a bell? Those 3 vehicles were developed using Ford's C1 platform, but they do not look alike. Same goes to the Hyundai Sonata and Kia Optima, they share the same platform but they do not look alike.

    Saan sa isuka trooper? You don't know what your talking about.... Isuka discontinued the trooper... Bakit? Wala kasi silang nakitang solustion sa trooper.... Kung hindi stop production... And junk all troopers on hand...

    Alam ko matibay, matipid ang crosswind, Alterra, etc. kahit mausok at laging pinapara ng ASBU...

    Do you know din why walang 4j... Engine model-- Don't know the model.. Same engine gamit ng crosswind, Alterra.. Etc sa USA? Kasi mausok..... Nakakamatay--- hazardous to health--- Mga sasakyan dun dapat environment friendly... Kaya puro Ford naman ang nasa US...

    I admire Isuzu for being one of the first to bring in CRDi locally. Pero I would have to agree na sirang sira sila sa 4jx1 trooper. Sinayang nito ang established reliability at durability ng 4jg2. Mabuti nalang hindi kami nakabili nito and up to now we are still using the 4jg2 3.2 (with a minor overhaul already). This is why they killed the trooper brand locally and replaced it with the Alterra.

    Even the first Alterra batches with the 4jj1 engine had injector issues.

    Currently tho wala nako naririnig na major problems sa mga engines ng Isuzu. I think the reason why they are conservative in their tuning and bringing in new tech is they want to maintain reliability also. Ganyan talaga ang new technology and I am one of those hit by the bug..S with this Ranger.

    Ganito lang yan Glenn, kung isinusuka mo yung 4jx1 trooper...malapit ko na din isuka ang 2.2 Puma Ranger. Hehehe. Sana nga maayos na with the new turbo na sinasabi ninyo. Ano kaya kung bilhin ko nalang yung turbo na yun at ikabit ko? Ang tagal kasi ng warranty claim process.

    Wala naman ako naging problema sa warranty claim at hindi naman nasira sasakyan ko...

    50k kms. Na turbo ng ranger ko... Kung madali talaga masira yan.. Edi Sana matagal nang nasira yun... Actually nung first 20k kms. Halos sinrain ko na nga... Dahil na paranoid ako sa mga kwento ng mga crybabies Pero Wala naman palang ranger... Nakarinig o nakabasa Lang ng tsismiss, mas iyakin pa sa mismong may ari...

    Do you really own a ford ranger? Ano ba talaga papa naging Sira ng ranger mo? At hate na hate mo?

    I'll understand pa kung sumakit ulo mo sa ford.... Then tirahin mo ng tirahin...

    Experience ko lang.. ang tagal na ng pila namin sa ford titanium. Mag 1 month na. Ganun ba talaga??haha nag pa reserve na kami sa montero baka mauna pa yun.lol nakaka dismaya minsan haha

    Bro sorry if I offended you as a ranger owner. Yes I really have a ford ranger 2.2 XLT 2012 model bought from Ford Libis. I am speaking as an owner and not as a cyberbaby. I do not intend to offend owners here as it is the last thing in my mind dahil mas gusto ko maayos ang problema ng ranger ko, which up to now nakatengga and waiting for final diagnosis. I think I have the right to comment on the vehicle since talaga naman sakit sa ulo. Matagal na tayo sa tsikot, mature na din tayo (o baka ako lang). Siguro naman alam mo na wala naman mapapala kung magbibigaty ako ng negative comment sa isang sasakyan just for the sake of making stories.

    Hope we don't get too attached to the brand as sometimes we get offended by negative comments. In the end sasakyan lang yan, baka next year iba na yan depending on the model na magustuhan natin diba? Yes I own an MUx, I owned a 4jg2 trooper, a 4jj1 and 4jh1 dmax. Yes napaka spartan ng mga ito pero not once did one fail specially during long trips. Kaya mas kampante ako sa baduy na isuzu kesa sa hi tech na ford. Siguro kung naranasan ko yung Isuzuka na 4jx1 na sinasabi mo, baka iba naman ang pananaw ko ngayon.

    If you think otherwise I respect that. Sana you also respect my views rather than defending ford. Pwede ko din naman kasi sabihin na, bakit bayad ka ba ng ford? Pero alam ko naman na hindi, and its just brand attachment thats moving you. I'm happy for you if your ownership is proving to be a good one. in fact, inggit nga ako eh. Sayang, ang ganda pa naman ng tech ng ford kaso I really won't consider it reliable.

    If you brand bash the isuzu or kahit directly laitin mo ang Mux ko, okay lang naman sakin bro. Opinion mo yan eh.

    In the end, not worth defending a brand brother, not unless ikaw may ari ng Ford. To add to your insult pala to Isuzu, ang dami ko nang naririnig na rattles sa Mux ko pero tuloy tuloy naman ang andar nito.

    In fairness to glenn since sakit na sakit na sya sa ford nya, fords are built tough IF you oversee its health by yourself.


    Ang nagpapasira sa Ford ay ang casa. Naging expert ako ng Ford csr ko because of their insensitivity. On the other hand, its a good thing na din siguro because I tamed an American car.
    But at what price, time spent researching and researching online. And i felt that thing, yun naramdaman siguro nun tumirik sa baguio, it 's an emotional challenge to feel that an expensive car is trash in the first years

    Many people bought the ranger because of its masculine appeal. We csnt deny that. It's tough because of its masculine look. But im not very confident na mag-carry ng kahit ano dyan. One test is you buy like 70-80 12x12 tires sa Mariwasa and load it in the ranger bed for like 3 times. Sigurado yan
    Hindi na papantay yan suspension nyan.

    Maximum payload for the ranger is 900-1400kg depending on the variant. 100 12x12 tiles wouldnt hurt the suspension.
