The new everest is heralded as the best suv for the city because of the eps. ☺

Nasa driver yan. Also the wheelbase is just 50mm longer than the other suvs in the market so more or less just an additional 6 inches in turning radius. Compared to my former bt50 na kumakain ng 3 lanes pag nag u-turn this will be very easy. Or even comparing it to the starex e mas madli pa din ito.

my wife can parallel park our starex with only 2 feet clerance front and back.

[emoji28]

sabi this week or next week. #2 ako sa pila for the premium blue reflex nung umalis ako 2 days ago (back in malaysia now). sa sunset red daw almost 30 nakapila.

Kung blue o black, makakapagrelease daw in a week sa Manila Bay. Inquiry date: Oct 15.

I test drove the 2.2 M/T before deciding on the 3.2L - the power is in the borderline of "just right" and underpowered specially for Cordillera hill climbs. Our test location was uphill badiwan section of marcos highway. Fastest speed with 2.2L is 80kph - just the same as a 2.5l innova m/t

power comes around 1800rpm and quickly dissipates near the 3k mark.

so for my driving style and terrain, ill go with the 3.2L.

too bad i ddnt get to test the 3.2 though..

nung nasa townhouse kami na puro parallel parking (at agawan sa parking at may neighbor pa kami na suwapang sa parking space) talagang sinukat ko yung starex at ni-pwesto ko yung isang car namin na tama lang may 2+2 feet clearance front and back. hindi tumigil si misis until di nya na-perfect parallel parking ng GS na ganun lang ang clearance. took her a few tries tapos nun astig na sa parallel parking.

pag ayaw talaga matuto impossible talaga. pag gusto madali lang.

Dont get me wrong but the saying nasa driver lang yan does not cut it

Ang mahirap nito pag nagmamadali, or na late na, then the parking are to crsmped or the roads are too saturated

It's a good drive siguro if late night or pag nasa NLEX/SLEX. i too was excited with the Everest, but I tried it na. Used to drive those cars pa in Manila, where everything is chaotic. Now the whole Metro is chaotic with daily Jams. And Puvs

This everest is long, as in footlong. Kinda makes me thing, the designer must have a lot of hotdog quick meals in front of the design computer.

Tignan nyo yun kulay gray the dullest color of this new everest, tignan nyo mabuti from the bsck it looks like those Japanese bullet trains, Long. This vehicle is long, you should put a sign at the back: Caution Long Vehicle lol

Ayaw ko maging expert sa parking or driving, I have other things to do besides spending 3 more manueverings just to park a vehicle,

The fortuner has wider body too.

I have a crv 1st gen.

    It's like CRV long. Lol
