Sir,

Nag order ako sa 4dtech using Shop&Ship New York physical address. Morning time sabi shipped na, pero 6pm naka-received ako ng email saying "refunded".

Ang reason po eh "We do not ship to freight forwarders or make parts for vehicles in other countries".

Valid po ba reason nila? Inisip ko baka ayaw nila kasi dito ko pinapa-ship sa UAE, sa Johnny Air Cargo po ba alang hussle gaya ng nito?

As far as i remember, spotify stopped supporting ford applink early this year. It can still be accessed via carplay or android auto though. Not sure if this changed.

kanina i had the hazard lights on for more than 2 hours. sa.congressional kasi pag di naka-on hazard lights hinahatak ng mmda pag street parking. pag start ko ayaw umikot. dead na ang battery. tried my jump starter, anak ng teteng low charge din more than 6 months na pala since last charged. anyway due na din talaga at 51% na.lang siya last december. i ended up buying a motolite din77h.

so paano i-reset ang battery monitor? who knows the step-by-step procedure?

Inquiry po with the Everest 2015 Model.


Lately we have been experiencing smell of dust inside the cabin, particularly sa front side (driver / front passenger) of the vehicle?

We checked kung galing sa Aircon yung smell of dust pero hindi naman.

The air intake from the outside is naka off naman (air circulate mode) kaya di naman galing sa labas yung dust smell.



The SUV's interior/carpets are being vacuumed every week through car wash.

The matting are also cleaned separately every week.


Does anyone experienced the same issue and can you share how it was corrected?

You would need modified ELM327 OBDII connector and Forscan to do that. Wala naman agad issue kung hindi daw ma reset yun nga lang medyo ma default yung charging nya from the alternator...here's the explanation of Janemar about this.

What we are trying to reset sir is the BMS(battery monitoring system) encoded sa BCM. It uses battery temperature(calculated via intake and ambient temp sensors,) Run hours, start/stop cycle, brake switch, accel pedal position, voltage, ammeter and other inputs and software calculations and wizardry real-time, 24/7 to calculate battery "State of Charge." Range sya from 0% - 100%

Example, If you have a weak 2year old battery with say SOC of 30% then you replace it with Bnew 99% SOC batt, if you didn't reset BMS, then BCM will still assume you have the old battery and still apply the 30% SOC battery charging algorithm.

Different SOC values corresponds to different battery charging strategy ng PCM/BCM. - what it exactly does is all trade secret of Ford engineers. They market it as to improve fuel economy, engine power, battery life and alternator life, etc... This is not limited to EU cars anymore, yung 2017 civic RS ko naka ganito na rin.

As for my case, 2 years na everest ko on orig battery. Running 19k sa odometer. Last battery check up ko(ford casa, December 2017 PMS) result is 890CCA, my batt's rating is only 590CCA. Super duper charged pa sya. Mukhang matatagalan pa ako bago malaman ano CONS if di mo sya ireset at sabay palit lang... LOL.

hello fello owners ng everest. madalang na ang post dito ah. share ko lang positive experience ko sa ford commonwealth. dinala ko unit ko dahil sa squealing brake. medyo nakakairita kasi. they checked and resurfaced the brake pads for free. gulat lang ako na free kasi halos 1 hour din ginawa. its a positive sign na may changes sa aftersales nila.

but im surprised baket brake pads ang ni-surface, are you sure brake pads or was it the brake rotors?

yes brake pads meron daw kasi part na matulis niliha lang siguro. i specifically asked kung walang problem sa rotors wala naman daw. nakita ko rin yung isang bisor na dinedemo sa technician yung lapat ng pads at nagbigay ng instruction.

Add ko sa positive after-sales ng ford. Accidentally broke my sunglass/eyeglass holder (yun nasa taas ng rearview mirror), showed it sa SA during my 60k pms. Kinunan niya pic then sabi try niya ipasok sa warranty. After about a week tinawagan ako ng customer relations sabi approved na under warranty and available na yun part. Scheduled for replacement na bukas, free of charge pati labor. Yey
