Some one had already did a remap and he gain a 20% WHP (Dyno Proven) but guess what...the WHP before the remap was only a measly 117hp at the wheel. Very misleading sa Ford claim na 200HP ang 3.2. ...well baka naman ang 200HP is at the Flywheel and not with all the drivetrain losses inclusions. So sa 2.2 engine I guesstimate nasa mga 97-100WHP kase medyo magaan naman tlaga si 2.2 compare ke 3.2. Also found a clip in You Tube..from Indonesia a stock 2.2 Eve max. speed 185-186kph and it tool 1:33mins to reach that speed. 3.2 Top Speed same lang din.

baka ito yun pre 10k maintenance? yebo was saying it didnt have that oomph before and after that 10k maintenance it was effortless..

1 week nako sa 1st Ford trend and happy naman ako sa 2.2. Masaya naman ako sa hatak o arangkada nya. Pero since puro city driving lang ako nagyon kaya kelangan masubukan ko sa long open roads (kung meron pa na hindi congested). Anyways, paano pala malalaman kung sync 3 na hung hu na nilabas nung 2017 ? Malalaman ba sa settings yun ? And not sure para saan yung wifi na application sa stereo, mala hotspot lang ba yun ? Hindi ko pa nababasa andna check lahat sa manual kasi, pag may time check ko din. Pero overall no complaints ako very happy naman sa purchase so far.

Nope....he did it not sa casa siempre. Pro-tech ECU performance remapping. No casa can do a remap of the ECU they don't have the tool and re-writing the ecu program. Sa 10K OBD check of fault code lang and no adjustments done. Our electronics as well in our Tranny are somehow adaptive type and it will suit your past driving and it will suit it in the next run..But that could be reset daw naman.

Yes, no such thing as detuned tune from factory. Meron lang is dealer transport mode wherein i-freeze ng can bus system ang pag log ng mileage and di mo maaccess certain features like sync audio naka off. Idisable ito pag nakarating na sa dealer ung oto.

There is a couple of TCM, PCM, IPC and GPSM update available, but mostly these are "fine tuning" updates and not really make a huge difference.

Sir nakapag mount po ba kayo ng fire extinguisher sa everest? Tina-try ko ikabit sa everest yung bracketeer mounting pero parang hindi sya magfifit. May nakaharang na wiring, at hindi mamove ng sagad yung upuan kapag inilagay yung mount dahil sa design ng railing ng seats.

Ako may naririnig na 1time na 'tok' sound sa ilalim bandang pedal pag umabot ng 30km/h. Not all the time, parang 4 out of 10 acceleration from stop naririnig ko yun.

autolock - locks at 20 kph
autounlock - unlocks when engine off and front doors open. rear doors keeps locked if the front doors are not opened.
relock - if the doors are unlocked using the remote, it locks the doors again after some time if no doors are opened.
mislock - gives 2 beeps of the horn if a door is ajar after locking with the remote
switch inhibit - yan ang di ko alam. maybe if the fob battery is weak it inhibits the remote from triggering the lock/unlock functions? usually kasi maga-alarm pag mahina na ang fob battery.

Switch inhibit - 20sec after you lock the vehicle using the remote, doors can't be unlock using the door switch. Ok ito if you accidentally left your window open, hindi pa din basta basta mabubuksan ang doors kahit dukutin ang switch.

Thank you sir. Yes break in period pa nga, so maybe I should wait a couple of months. And gaya ng sabi ni Yebo, difference pala in power with the 3.2 is not heads and shoulders better, and advantage of our smaller displacement Trend seems to be better fuel efficiency.

So far doing 8.2 km/L in the city and EDSA lang. No regrets naman so far with the Trend.

Displacement envy lang ng konti kasi mas malaki yung sa iba e. Hehe. :p

Low to mid rpm-- same lang power -- pero mid to high rpm-- malayo na difference... 2.2 flat na power sa high rpm

Try nyo sa unlock button 1 short press followed by 1 long press about 3-5 secs or just hold down until maopen. For remote close the same approach but using the lock button.

I think this only works on titanium premium

How much power do you want ba with your 2.2L??

The cheapest option is to install bolt on chips, arounf 15-20k and guaranteed added 20whp. Factoring weight disadvantage ng 3.2, we can easily speculate kaya mo na tapatan 3.2 or better with a simple add on chip alone.

2. ECU remap. Around 40whp guaranteed pero mas mahal around 40-60k ito.

ECU re mapped done by Protech is only 12k up to 24k -- search nyo lang sa fb...

nasa manual yan. 1st save mo muna sa micro sd card then lagay mo sd card sa slot sa center panel. then punta ka sa menua meron dun "update". yun na yun.
