I experienced bad service at Ford Global back in Dec 2013 I think it was. Long story short, my wife brought the vehicle for a regular service and got a leaked transmission oil in return. Ford Global said it was not their fault, so we told them that if indeed we had already have a leaked transmission oil, our home parking garage should have all sorts of oil spots but the only spots there were the recent ones. It took a lot of calls and finally I sent an email out to all the ford dealerships locally (I was out of the country), and had responses from some of the ford dealerships, but I think the next day, a manager called my wife up and arranged to have the vehicle towed to Ford Global for repair free of charge. (I think something broke in the transmission) Initially they were asking us to pay for the parts and service, then they negotiated for half then finally relented and provided the service free. I think a simple quality check by the SA before releasing the vehicle would have prevented this issue from happening.

Oh well, i'm not one of them.

Of course. Obviously it's not just ford.

The thing is, how high can they go in charging you for your pms?

Pero this is just a personal experience.

Kasi halos lahat nagbabakasakali na isahan ang customer by charging those useless things. Ford man, toyota, mitsubishi, honda, hyundai etc..

And take note na lumang everest pa yung binanggit ko.

I like ford and personally, i dig the ranger's looks kaso they need a better management here in ph when it comes to after-sales. Sa pagbebenta lang ata sila magaling eh. Anyway, that's just an opinion regarding my experience and as well what other owners i know confessed to me about it.

My friends Ford Exped went in recently to have something checked. Lube leak I think. He got presented with an estimate for transmission seals and was shocked it reached 4 digits for 1 damn seal. He swallowed it and allowed himself to be reamed by the dealer.

Car came out. No more leak. But the lights on the dash kept going crazy. He went back in and was presented with an even higher estimate for a computer box.

Car goes in. No computer box issue. Car comes out - computer box issue. [emoji848][emoji848] something ain't right bruh

Don't tell me - SA is asking for a fee on the side so he can expedite the parts.

His source? - the fiesta parked beside your friend [emoji23]

yeah i got 3yr SSP for my ecosport. paid about 26k.

just had my 1st PMS last week. just showed the SSP card. they didn't dare to do their usual modus operandi, so everything went smoothly, no useless procedures, no useless items added

    bill was P0.00

PS oh btw their idiot technician forgot the engage the handbrake when he lowered the car from the lift. good thing i was there to catch the car from moving forward
