Every 10k ang PMS....
Aleman, masyado naman mahal pms mo... Saan casa ka ba? My 1st 10k pms sa ford cost me only less than 5k, yung 2nd PmS ko or 20k kms. NASA 9k...
If you compare sa fortuner or monty na very 5k kms. Ang pms... Baka mas mura pa pms ng ranger...
IMo you can also buy the air filter, cabin filter and fuel filter naman outside case that is much cheaper...
I couldn't argue more at first, but when I saw the quotation of the scheduled PMS of HONDA JAZZ, the price is at 19k pesos. I was looking at replacing my ALTIS with a HRV or CRV but when I knew about the PMS cost, I was really discouraged.
I also think that the price of the PMS for the my XLT manual is okay, just like what you've mentioned if we are to compare it with the FORTUNER or MONTY. Although my ride is nearing its end of warranty, my ODO is still at 20K KM only. FORD Manila Bay's service is way more better compared to AUTOHUB group. They will not require you to change parts, like the brake pads, when I had my 40k km PMS they did not replace it because according to them it's still very good, even though it's on the list of parts that needs to be replaced.
I actually am looking forward as well to either go with the WILDTRAK or the EVE to replace my ALTIS next year, but this time I will be getting the A/T. I really think that an elevated vehicle is a must nowadays, although parking a huge vehicle most of the time can really test your driving skills.
No regrets so far with my XLT Manual, except again with the customer service rendered by FORD MANILA in which I never bothered to come back again even though it is the most convenient place for me to have my truck serviced.

Honda Jazz 19k na PMS? Anu yan palit engine? San ka nagpapagawa? Di yan aabot ng 19k lalo na maliit pa makina.

Palit cvt fluid at engine oil, oil filter, cabin filter, air filter. I think that is already past 15k either Honda, isuzu or Ford.
I don't have a JAZZ, it's my officemates JAZZ I am referring to, I myself couldn't believed what was stated in the quotation provided to her. Since it's company issued and the 1st 3 years is shouldered by our company, she didn't argue anymore. I checked the details and there was this USE OF COMPUTER something, I couldn't remember what it is exactly and its already amounting to almost 5k pesos.
Sorry, this is already OT.

I saw this WILDTRAK 3.2 along JP RIZAL Makati earlier, ganda! Inggit tuloy ako, naluma na agad yung sa akin....hehehe....
May display na 2015 Ford Ranger sa parang car expo ata yun kanina sa Trinoma. Saw it up close, two thumbs up sobrang macho!![]()
Congrats sir! What variant did you get?
Also, does anyone here know if the XLS 4x4 MT has the updated 2.2L engine? Ford.ph states that it still has the gen 3.0 engine with 150ps/375nm while XLT 4x2 has the updated gen 3.5 engine with 160ps/385nm.
Why wouldn't they put the updated engine on the XLS? To justify the price difference I guess?
Um, are you sure you're looking at the correct webpage? Ford doesn't have 3.5 Diesel engine for the Ranger and Everest.
I meant Generation 3.0 and 3.5 for the updated version, not 3.0L. Both engines I'm referring to are 2.2L. The current 2.2L has been updated for the new ranger.
Wildtrak 4x2 2.2L AT in Pride Orange. Probably won't collect it until next week now, as I broke my International Debit Card, so delayed cash for deposit.Next Wednesday is my best bet as too busy on Monday & Tuesday to collect.

It's already Electric Power Steering, steering will get heavier as speed increases.
