Test drove both the Navara and Ranger today. Wanted to love the Ranger, but like expected matagtag. Everything else was on point. Better interior, magaan na manibela, bigger bed, etc. The Navara surprised us and kaya namin cinoconsider is mainly because it was comfortable. I wanna ask current owners lang ano ba remedy niyo for the tagtag? And comparable ba siya sa Navara if loadan ang bed all the time?

And kamusta ang PMS costs niyo? Navara has a pretty attractive PMS sched and costing.

Btw, kakargahan talaga namin yun kotse kaya pickup lang ang only choice. But 4-5 times a month lang naman so although ride quality was not expected, the Navara provided it eh so thats a big bonus.

Would be great if anyone can help with the tagtag issue. Thanks guys!

And additional question. Yun wildtrak sports bar sa likod, how much nabebenta yun? We have no need for it and ok na benta pandagdag gastos

Change to aftermarket shocks and coils... Dobinsons ang brand nasa afaik 44k Isang set.... Or tough dog... As comfortable na ang ride sa navarra... Pero you can still load it with heavy load... Up to 1ton-- navarra it was rated poor sa load and towing capacity... And according to other owners nagbabawas ng oil every 5k kms. Less than a liter ang nababawas...

Kung kakargahan talaga yan, mas ok ang stiff suspension sa kargahan. Baka dumapa ang navarra dahil malambot suspension

Maraming salamat sa pagsagot guys! Very good points. Ang normal load naman namin is hindi kabigatan. 400-600lbs lang, although the containers are bulky kaya hindi kakasya sa SUV. Pero oo i do agree na possible maapektuhan ang suspension ng Navara in the long run. Will still consider it, but the Ranger is definitely back in the game! I also think the recline and knee position of the Ranger is way better than the Navara. So kahit mas matagtag, mas natural yun position sa Ranger.

3.2 or 2.2 whether 4x4 or 4x2 either Wildtrak, XLT or XLS all have same load and towing capacity and i think including top speed but 3.2 gets there first because of greater torque and HP.

Meron na ba nakabili ng 4x4 XLS? Mukhang ok din ito kasi 150Hp na rin unlike yung dating 4x4 XL 120HP lang.

For what? The new Ranger is more powerful and fuel efficient than the old one, that would be risking your brand new engine for a lesser gain and when Ford finds out that you use such "performance enhancing" engine oil additive void na warranty mo. Sad part is you will experience the bad effects after your warranty expires dahil most of the time after several use nagma-manifest yung problems kaya you will end up wondering bakit nasira eh dati mo pa ginagamit yung additive na yun.

You will notice sa mga ibang dealership nagma-market sila ng mga additives pero sa experience nila walang nagiging problem ang hindi nila alam kapag tapos na wraranty at sa labas na nagpapa-service si customer saka nagkaka-problem yung engine ng kawawang customer. I suggest you strictly follow the manufacturer's recommendation that way you can avoid future problems.

Yeah same with some car dealers of other brands sobra mahal ng benta sa customer kasi ang laki ng bigay nilang incentives sa SA at malaki rin mark up ng mga dealers but like I've said they are not aware of the long term issues.

Tagal na yan friend ko kasi yung unang nagpasok nyan dito para i-distribute locally, I tried it both sa engine at transaxle sabi kasi pwede rin daw sa gear oil. Talaga namang napabilib ako yung 1990 Nissan Sentra na B12 nagro-rolling ng 10kph (naka-release ang clutch sa 1st gear) kapag bigla mong i-floor yung accelerator umiiyak yung front tires at ang lakas ng torque steer parang sobrang dulas ng makina at drivetrain.

Pero ng malaman ng friend ko at business associates nya na nakakasira ito sa long term use tinigilan nila agad at di daw kaya ng conscience nila.

Sa mga units namin na ang client na gumagamit ng additives... Ang napansin namin may slippery substance na nakadikit sa mga moving parts.. Pero Itong slippery substance na ito.. Pag na bakbak or natangal.. Nag fleflakes.. If that happens it will act as grinding compound na....
