i love pinoy food=)
heres my list:
kare kare - i can prepare one that would make you anybody drool, im using beef muscle and litid, so its a lot healtier than oxtail and oxtripe, though i also eat the later
pinakbet - the real thing, our house cook makes a very sumptuos pinakbet, she add tinapa into it, its so good
laing - i could eat a plate of this=) theres a laing pasta=)
bangus - daing boneless
tilapia - inihaw with burong hipon and blanch tagalog mustasa
kangkong - plain with garlic, or in sinigang
monggo - actually i just like the ampalaya leaves minus the monggo but amapalaya taste good with monggo
lechon de leche - the fats are scraped, blotted with tiisue to remove excess oil, making it less sinful, leaving only the crispy skin
the list goes on=)
