    I'm not sure what I posted before. But, my current favorite is a tie between chicken sotanghon soup and good ol sopas.

    Chicken afritada na luto ng nanay ko, ginataang kalabasa with string beans, laing, pinakbet at ang walang kamatayan na chicken adobo. yum! yum!

    nakaw..madami basta mom ko nagluto.. like karer-kare, sinigang na baboy or bangus (either sa bayabas, sampoloc or with miso), adobo.
