    that's the secret. kahit gamit lang ng regular pan basta tama yung temperature.

    pwede yan.. pero mas masarap yung ginamitan ng saturated oil na.. lalo na kung nag prito ka ng bacon or pork chop mas malasa yung itlog...

    tsaka tsambahan din yan sa aluminum lalo na pag nagamit yung pang prito ng pork

    Im using induction burner and non stick pans.

    Temperature controlled, less oil and fast cooking.

    Kung gusto nyo perfect shape meron nabibili silicone egg poachers.

    how about tips so the egg doesn't get too oily? don't say huwag gumamit ng mantika kasi di naman malasa pag ganun.
