    I only found out last year I was allergic to coffee. It gave me some really weird symptoms. Now, I avoid it like poison. I've substituted it with Milo instead. Lmao!

    Part of my daily expenses is coffee.

    Siguro nasa 100-150 pesos ako for coffee

    Gladly someone (tsikoteer) introduced me to this:





    Need to buy grinded coffee beans + hot water solb na! Coffee all you can.

    Before nag contribute kami for coffee maker and grind beans.

    Eh lahat tamad maglinis ng coffee maker and mag brew. Sayang yung grinded beans nag stale lang.

    Everyone ended up buying outside.

    Inggitin ko sila

    Is it true na nakaka taas ng bad chesterol ang hindi filtered na coffee compared to filtered?
