how much coffee do you drink in a day?

Maximum ko na yung 2 cups a day. On the average, 1 cup a day lang talaga. Takot kasi akong sumobra ang caffeine at sugar intake ko kaya minsan ginagawa ko na lang na substitute yung white tea.

cafe Najjar ang lebanese coffee na na-try ko (yung without cardamom). so far ok naman sa coffee maker.

Di naman sir. IT kasi eh haha. Instant coffee lang. Mahilig ako sa 3-in-1 before but now i mix my own kasi i use stevia as my sweetener. [emoji1]
