Pag sanay ka sa fasting kahit meron calamity hindi ka magpapanic.

    Mahirap ang sanay sa lamon.

Another benefit of fasting: Strength training in a fasted state produce growth hormones.

Yup, but make your cells die... then grow again with new life and new strength.

Done that for seven days, I lost 2kg, tubig lang. After seven days, one day na puro lugaw naman, then soft diet.

    done that...
    pang 2 days nagke-crave nako.
pang 3 days masakit na sa ulo.
4 days onwards medyo nakakasanayan ko na.
after 7 days of fasting, medyo madali nakong mabusog. nakakatamad ng kumain.

better ask our muslim brothers when it come to fasting, pag ramadan kahit na laway di pwedeng lunukin, toilet time di pwede mag mumog man lang, while we people of different religion were just happily enjoying our foods. malaki ang paggalang ko sa mga kapatid nating muslim pag ramadan. you will know the meaning of muslim faith during ramadan. peace..

The predominant practice in Ramadan is fasting from sunrise to sunset. The pre-dawn meal before the fast is called the suhoor, while the meal at sunset that breaks the fast is the iftar. Considering the high diversity of the global Muslim population, it is impossible to describe typical suhoor or iftar meals.

Muslims also engage in increased prayer and charity during Ramadan. - Wikipedia

Kumakain din sila, bawal lang kumain from dawn to dusk. Sa gabi pwede kumain.
