Does all Chinese restaurants manufacture their own soya milk? I was once served a hot soya milk by Happy Dumpling(? Sa Retiro. BTW they serve one of the best porkchops in town) with ice of course.

AFAIK, the restaurant's name is Sky High. From what I heard one of the partners of the place (Sky High) has left along with a sizeable number of staffs to operate another restaurant, Dragon Gate (also along Roxas Blvd, near Trader's Hotel).

Dragon Gate is actually surprisingly good. I like their steamed fish (which I believe is Lapu-Lapu) with tao-so (soy bits??) sprinkled on top.
