Dragon Gate is actually surprisingly good. I like their steamed fish (which I believe is Lapu-Lapu) with tao-so (soy bits??) sprinkled on top.

lemon chicken (request extra lemon sauce though) is good. Shrimp balls is not so good. yang chow fried rice very tasty.

Biggest pro for 'President Restaurant" is the very fast arrival of your ordered food.
