Both I guess. Big areola with medium nipple from Visayas, and standard areola with big blackish nipple from the north provinces

areola size is personal preference ng guys. The average areola diameter is roughly 38mm & 42mm. pero kapag below 38mm tapos FF ang cup bra size di naman ito makatarungan. it should be in ratio & proportion of nipple, areola, breast as to 1:3:9 respectively.
