Cremate - just imagine if you return back to life and find out you're inside the oven! Whew, it's hot in here!
But anyway kidding aside, I'd prefer cremation! BTW, is it allowed by the Catholic church?

Yup, cremation is already allowed by the Catholic church.

I also prefer cremation.

Just to add, there are some new gimmicks with burial:

-- you can be buried with a tree seedling. The tree basically feeds on your remains, which will become your tombstone. Creepy imho.
-- i read about this guy who worked with marine life to his dying day....his ashes were mixed with cement/fiberglass and made into a reef. They then installed it at the bottom of the ocean as part of an artificial reef. Cool ^_^

Those are nice bro, but will still release the toxins accumulated in your body into the environment. Cremation also does this.

Interesting. Wifey and I have decided we would be cremated though. Columbary is cheaper and can accommodate 4 urns.

Re burial: if you do have a plot of land in a memorial park, can you bury as many relatives there? Me nakita ako, at first look it seems like there are only two people buried there, pero me mga lapida with different names at the sides.

It doesn't really matter to me. I'll be dead. Feed me to the pigs. It doesn't matter.

Seriously, I prefer my remains to be interred at Arlington cemetery. It's far away and I don't have to burden my family with maintenance and upkeep.
