Ask the group of tamaraw fx, crosswind, adventure owners. If they use 15w40 at 10w40 hindi maganda ang takbo. Better use 10w30 and 5w30.
pag 5w30 sa L300, hindi ba manipis siya specially for cargo hauling? or ok naman? wala na kasing manual yung L300 van namin so been using 15w40 to be safe lang.

OT: sir, if you have the manual of adventure, baka pwede pa screenshot naman ng recommended viscosity ng 4d56. thanks

XW40 ng reco sa manual nang 4d56 L300 bro. Huwag ka gagamit w30 dyan. Mainit sa Pinas at old school engine yan.

Wala na user manual pero ilan years na ginagamit 5w30 or 10w30 sa L300 at adventure. Wala problem.

Yung mga nakalagay sa user manual example toyota user manual even advising to use 20w50 engine oil. Takot sila mademanda kaya sobrang conservative.

Hindi pa mausok pag gamit 10w30 or 5w30. Check nyo yung grupo ng mitsubihsi adventure club i forgot the website.

Kung meron member dito from another forum na dalawa adventure club nalimutan ko name ng dalawa group na yun you can ask them.

Ang nakasanayan "tama" eh hindi pala tama.

Remember the overated delo gold oil.

Mahirap yung masyado by the book.

With L300 and Adventure and other non crdi. I would not use xW-30 oils.

I was skeptical at first. Because of "follow the book mentality" "Nakasanayan"

So gamit sa adventure, L300, crosswind, 4M41, 4M40. No problem.

Kung wala sa manual i wouldn't risk it. Manuals are there for a reason.

Anyways, i still would not risk it as the jurassic 4d56s need a regular change oil, i'd still use xw40 oils

Yes user manual is important. But ginawa mga yan para hindi sila mademanda so they play safe.

If you follow the two adventure group. Some of their member are using 10w30 and 5w30 and happy because of less smoke or no black smoke at all and smooth acceleration as compared to 15w40 engine oil.

The isuzu crosswind uses besco 10w30 and the crosswind diesel is non-crdi.

Its more the demanda.

Mahirap yung masyado by the book.
