July 8th, 2014 09:56 AM #1Anyone tried Total Excellium? I am an XCS user pero nung nasubukan ko ito, parang mas malakas humatak yung sasakyan ko.

My Vios ranks XCS lower than the cheapest unleaded.
Engine felt smoother and quieter on Excellium. Better than Gold or my usual Nitro+.

Same lang para sa akin ang excellium at xcs in terms of power pero mas tipid sa konsumo ang excellium by a little lang.
Eto ranking in terms of fuel consumption:
1. Total Excellium
2. Petron XCS/Caltex Gold
3. Shell Nitro +
Hindi ako gumagamit ng unleaded or silver parang ang pangit ng takbo ng makina.

July 8th, 2014 05:29 PM #9Not sure about E10 or E15 pero earth friendly naman daw sya based sa advertising nya.
IMO. Yung Shell Nitro+ ang daling maubos and yung XCS naman nung yun pa gamit ko eh akala ko mas ok until i tried yung sa Total Excellium.
OT: And sponsor pa nya ang Red Bull Racing sa F1 :D

Newly branded premium fuel, probably with new additives compared to the old premium fuel of Total.
Honestly, have not felt much difference between maingrade (RON91) unleaded and the higher end unleaded, regardless of fuel brand. I feel the difference more with diesel.
Overall though, the difference isn't night and day and I doubt anyone would be able to differentiate them when a blind test is done. But of course, fuel companies spend millions on marketing and branding to make whatever subtle differences much bigger than they actually are.
Maraming Salamat :)
