that i don't know. kasi nung check ng mechanic yung car. they removed this rubber tube from the fuel filter and then pumped the gas. to see if the filter or pump is defective........hindi naman pala. siguro na pump out yung water as they were testing.

i don't really have any idea.......wild guess ko lang po ito.
