Here is a Speedlab dyno from the 19th of Jan on a Ford focus TDI picked up 30hp to the wheels with just our methanol injection system. Was 114hp up to 147hp.

They sell sell from 90 to 80usd which is around 3240P each I will sell them for 1800P. They are marked way up by these guys. Since I don't do it to make money just to get my investment back you save. I just like making people go faster![]()
make it two brother.group buy tayo heheheh.
and Dvldoc, how did get and install those IACT? just bought an egt gauge from Auber like this Digital EGT Thermometer Pyrometer w Probe NPT Blue | eBay
You just need there IAT cable, It's the same gauge. I still have the EGT stuff sitting at the house that I don't use since I already have a EGT gauge.
This is what you need for IAT'S You could actually put it on some kind of switch and go back and forth between the two readings. I got two pieces because 1.5m was not long enough for me.

thats what i am planning to do sir. to have a switch so i will use only one multimeter. my bad, i should have order also the thermocouple when i order my multimeter two weeks ago in the US.
maybe an EB with edtf for the boost controller and at the same time look into your setup?

sir dvldoc.. very nice sleeper elgrand...
i never knew diesels... could be that powerful.. and do burnouts.. hehe
any cons on higher boost? shorter engine life?
i have a gen2 pajero with 4d56 turbo intercooler.. until what psi is it safe to boost? i am afraid to break engine with too much boost..
what is needed to get higher boot?
boost guage + boost controller only? thanks:D
My engine will live for a long time, I use remote bypass filtration, My water injection system keeps my engine steam cleaned and the lower temps extend engine life, I burn almost all of my diesel, have a oil catch can so my internals stay even cleaner. 2T oil in ever tank of fuel, and the best fuel filters money can buy. (Baldwin)
Tuning your older diesel is key, if your under powered your engine runs hotter lives shorter, EGT's a higher the turbo lives shorter. Most people have dirty nozzles or poorly tuned injection pumps or severely dirty intakes hurting power and performance.
My fuel economy is also way up do to the LPG injection. I love my LPG gives me a giant boost in power, burn almost all of my diesel. Now that I have a air fuel controller for my van I can up my fueling and get even more power.
LPG is also a simple and cheap mod to do to any turbo diesel, I can make anyone a custom progressive controlled system or boost activated system for well under 18000p. a tank last for months and months and months.
Your basic set-up
High pressure regulator if you want a big jump in power, economy and emissions so low they always got to test it twice
Standard LPG regulator slight bump in power, better economy, no more black smoke.
High pressure hose, A good 1/4" ID hose rated for LPG will do, Many hydraulic shops carry it. You can find a wide variety of hoses to pick from.
Solenoid valve. This controls when the system is on or off.
Boost pressure switch, or Digital progressive controller based on boost. (I carry these) but you can find a simple pressure switch at most parts stores.
You'll need a variety of fittings to make it all work. I prefer high end brass or nickel plated brass push lock connectors with hose.
This is a example of a LPG kit.
For something like a Pajero or Crosswind you only need 0.5psi to 2psi of LPG remember this is fumigation your not putting liquid lpg in your engine.
I run 8psi of it because my water injection keeps my combustion temps way down, but for a standard vehicle 0.5psi to 2psi of LPG is more than enough. You can feel it come one you will pick up speed without using extra throttle.
This needs to be set up by someone who knows what they are doing because you can damage your engine with a improper set up, You will know your spraying to much because the engine will sound like a box of rocks in it. I could not run over 5psi lpg with my water injection off.
I have all the stuff when I get back to do a full progressively controlled or boost activated kit. Only thing you need is a LPG tank and a tank mount. I don't fear my tank in the back, you can drop those things off a 5 story building and they will be fine. 10 times stronger than any gas on a car.
It's amazing to me that in a land of LPG you guys don't run this. I get a 4psi boost just from my LPG coming on when I am at 100kph and it comes on the van goes to 120 without giving it more throttle and keeps going so you got to keep backing off, It's a blast to drive.
On my systems I put the solenoid valve at the front of the vehicle for quicker response and you don't have bleed down from all the lpg still left in your line.
sir... thanks for very nice explanation... your el grand is a true devil:D
One of the first mods should always be a manual boost controller. These are gated for a faster turbo spool up normally 600rpms faster and a much more linear boost curve.
It's a simple and easy mod to do. Should take no more than 15 minutes. 4mm ID hose works the best, Nice and tight and won't need hose clamps. But you can put a zip tie on the ends if you like. You can safely raise the boost 2psi to 3psi on most vehicles safely. (won't work on some vehicles like Crosswinds because of their wastegate design. These have a nice detent on the dial that clicks so you know how far your turning it and has a locking screw to keep the dial locked so nobody messes with your settings.
doc.. may i ask what is safe limit for
gen2 4d56 and fieldmaster 4m40 pajero?
i heard stock turbos are small... can they really give way more than stock output?
also... is stock 0.8bar?
thanks
yes u can do lpg on a n/a diesel. as far as 4d56 & 4m40 you can run 14 to 15 psi of boost. some people do the washer mod to the 4m40 but a gated boost contoller will give u much better results
