Don't forget also to test also the continuity of carbon rotor contact of distributor cap...Loose contact will cause weak high voltage transferred to spark plug and also cause overheating of your ignition coil. Resistance should between 0 ohm to 300 ohms. Test point would be the button contact and high voltage post of distributor cap..

Test the spark intensity with a spark tester similar to this:

    Or this:

If it can jump this gap chances are you have enough voltage to run the car efficiently

Just thought i'd give some closure to this thread....

So i finally called in a mechanic last week to check the car. Surprise surprise, it ran without issues. He actually commented na maganda pa nga raw yung takbo :0

Ang sabi ng mekaniko, baka me bara lang daw somewhere sa fuel/carb, and to just let it run idle every day for 30min or so, para matanggal yung bara. He also said not so load up on unleaded fuel, nakakabara daw?

Anyways, i'll observe for a week, then i-test drive ako around the block.

i've also tried to clean it with a carb cleaner pero ganun pa din

Will try to replace the FF over the weekend first bago patignan yung carb -- it's never been cleaned since i started driving it, but as much as possible ayaw ko nang pagalawin at baka me iba pang tamaan.

Pwede kayang fuel pump ang me tama?
Carb cleaning would be good. if you havent had it serviced since you got it, it's well worth the effort. just try spraying carb cleaner on the moving parts to loosen the grease and dirt that could be restricting movement of the throttle cable and valve.

Cyclinder Head Gasket > Valve Seal > Change oil > Oil Filter
    CLEAN THROTTLE
