7k - sakal sa arangkada

good day to all....

meron po akong problema sa 7k carb type (tamaraw fx). hirap umarangkada at may sinok sa low rpm pagkatapos ay saka aayos ang takbo pag nasa high rpm na. 3x na po nilinis ang carburador pero ganon pa rin ang takbo. nagpalit na po ako ng mga sumusunod ayon sa kagustuhan ng mekaniko ko.

1. fuel filter
2. contact point at condenser
3. spark plugs
4. high tension wires
5. air filter
6. engine oil at oil filter

bukod sa mga nabanggit, nag drain na rin ako ng fuel tank.

ano pa po kaya ang dapat na ma checkup para maayos ang problema? possible ba na carburador pa rin kaya ang problema? dahil dito ay di na rin matandaan ng mekaniko kung saan dapat naka-konekta ang mga vacuum lines. maaring naipagpalit-palit nya na. sino kaya makakapagbigay ng tamang diagram para ma-restore ko ang original connections ng mga vacuum.

maganda naman ang idling dahil hindi makalog ang makina at pasado naman sa emission test dahil kapaparehisto ko lang last month.

As for the "sakal sa arankada", my experience with this engine is this is normal, I think low speed transmission ang 7K, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here.

For the "sinok" at low rev, since you have changed the saprk plugs and high tension wire, check your engine timming, this might solve your problem. Good luck.

na correct na rin pa ang ignition timing. ginamitan na ng timing light para sigurado ang setting according don sa specs na nakalagay sa engine bay.

sa carb nga yan bro. check mo rin ung accelerator cable nya baka mali ang pagkakalagay o sumasabit.

Chief, better have your carb checked by other specialist. I think I saw a thread here that mentioned a shop which specializes in carburator repairs. Your problem definitely is within your carb, it actually has lots of components to be checked or considered such as the fuel floater, floater valve, etc. You may also have a hint by checking your plug's condition, if it is black or full of carbons, your engine maybe running too rich or in a state na "nalulunod". The color must at least be brownish with less carbon. kung may kasamang oil... ibang kaso na yun. Hope this helps Bro. God bless!

Barado carb mo, kailangan linisan. or un float nagka problema.
Kung fuel pump yan ang problema mo eh sa high speed. I bet tulad nung isa carb yan. Wag ka papayag na di gagamitan ng high air pressure ang carb, di matatanggal ang bara.

Kagagawa ko lang ng carb ko kahapon, wala naman minor at sinisinok at low speed. Pinagawa ko sa mechaniko, after a day tumirik kaya ako na lang nag baklas. Ayung the engine purs like a kitten.
