Help, It won't start on the first click!

Hello po guys!! Just an update po.

Chineck na po ng pinsan ko kahapon (pinakita ko notes ko galing dito sa forums) and okay pa naman daw po yung battery, sabi niya CCA and Volts okay daw po, though hindi ko maintindihan kung ano yun. But sabi ko papalitan ko parin yung battery since 2years na and he told me na huwag na muna at lilinisan muna niya yung starter at alternator.

And since second time niya magbaklas ng FD, inabot xa ng 4 hours sa pagtanggal ng starter , sobrang titigas daw ng turniliyo at yung last turniyo is ni-requre s'yang magtanggal sa may tabi ng engine sa kaliwa (Sobrang sikip daw). And since nabaklas na yung sinturon sa tabi nung engine, tinaggal narin niya yung alternator para daw i-check na rin.



Ayun sobrang pudpud na daw yung carbon ng starter and sa alternator okay na okay pa daw yung carbon but palitan na yung dalawang bearing (need daw ipa-machine), inikot niya and may naririnig ako buti daw naagapan kundi yun yung sisira sa buong alternator.. Oh and also, okay pa naman daw po yung solenoid sa starter.

Eto po pala yung mga black powder na galing sa starter

10 years na daw pero ang titibay ng pyesa, ayaw din niya papalitan yung starter motor, okay n okay pa daw, papa welding nlng daw niya. Maghahanap po kami ng machine shop mamaya, try ko na din dumaan sa battery shop ang will buy the exact same one.

Instead of welding or ayosin... is it that expensive to buy the whole assembly?

for me its peace of mind to have it replace the whole thing keysa ipapa repair unti2 which eventually other parts are masisira na rin... try to source some oem parts or better alternative sa orig honda parts... last option is to go for surplus... hehe at least sa surplus, orig. [emoji3526]
