depende po sa warranty. there are 6 month warranties.. 18 month warranties.. 24 month warranties. if your 24 month warrantied battery dies on the 22nd month, you get a brand new battery free of charge! but most of the time, the battery dies well past the warranty period.
many motorists wait for signs of impending battery failure, before they have the battery replaced. you know... not one-click start in the morning...
i know of someone, who replaces her battery no matter what, after 2 years. 24 months. naka-sulat pa sa smartphone reminder niya. she does not want to repeat the feeling of helplessness... even as she has the phone number of battery delivery.
btw, i never buy battery from the casa. it's cheaper and more practical, to buy one from official battery outlets. the warranty is from the battery manufacturer, anyway, not the casa.
i buy mine from the outlet 2 blocks from my office.
