Now i know why your engine is being grumpy, dexos is the only oil for our tbz as per manual shell also has a dexos oil, tccci strictly imposes this upon the dealer, there has already been an incident where the necessary engine oil was not followed in which caused the unusual vibration. Let tccci know what that crap arse dealer did to your tbz

The tbz engine is european engine its a new design unlike the monty and isuzu di pwede ang pagkapilosopo ng mekaniko pinoy vs mechanical engineer who designed the engine.

Per car manual... We may use 15w40 API CI or CJ ratings. Good for 4months. I don't know what's wrong with these Duramax, change oil is so often. VW diesels can run 15th, change oil once a year.

dexos2 specifically. you shouldnt be skimping on this.

Yah, I know it now. Commonwealth dealer just explained it to me also. I'll be transfering to commonwealth for my next pms.. Wala talagang kwenta diyan sa quezon ave. ok lang kaya yun nalagyan na ko ng shell oil? Magpapaengine flush nalang ako on my next. I'm just thinking baka hindi na tumino ung sasakyan ko once napalitan na ng dexos. Though lahat ng nagpapagawa sa quezon ave majority or using shell semi synthetic. Ung kulay blue.

Tys15, if you bought this up to tccci, they will immediately order q ave to change your oil, this happened to a member of tbzph in chev alabang... sir dont waste time, your engine will get damage sue to this drastic error

It's been 2 1/2 months now, I think they wouldn't entertain my complain though. And my mileage reading is at 8300 already I just need 1200 more for my 10k PMS. Are they not allowed to sell 3rd party products? Anyway where can I get the contaft details pf tccci?

As I recall, they didnt offer the fs oil to me. Ako pa nga nagsabi na dba dapat dexos. Then that's the time na inoffer nila but didn't reiterate that that is the recommended engine oil. But offer the cheapest brand instead. Then sabi ko wala bang semi synthetic then thats the time they offer the shell. And said karamihan yan ang gamit then i even ask the head mechanic in the service area and said oo maganda yan shell yan e.. Kilala ang shell. And told me that mas maganda ng nagpapalit ng langis every pms kesa nagtotop up. Mas prone pa sa damage and pag totop up etc. so i decided to take the shell. And i saw from the bay that almost all of the tbz are using it so i didnt argue with them anymore.

Ayaw ko ng bumalik ng q ave. they sucks! Mga leche sila... And im sure sasabihin nila pwedeng pwede. Income sa kanila yun e. Im considering yung suggestion ni victorevolution na magcomplain. I think it's the right thing narin kung hindi talaga sila pwede magbenta ng 3rd party products. Kaya lang i doubt e. Kasi ung ibang casa nga may liqui moly ba yun? Then merun pang ibang oil na sinabi sakin na which is worse pa daw kesa sa shell... Sabi nila.... Haha.

Pero itong next pms at 40k odo ang masakit...around 35k php ang estimate dahil palit lahat ang fluid! Kaya tuloy bihira na lang gamitin... naghahanap pa kasi ako ng mabibilhan ng lahat ng fluid outside casa.:p

Ito ngang problema dito sa Bacolod nag iisa lang dito kaya masiyadong masiba sila. 25k pms palang sobrang sobra na kaagad silang sumingil at isa pa kukulitin ka nila sa tawag sabihin ba naman na baka ma baliwala ang waranty pag hindi ka agad maka pa pms sa kanila. Nakaka bad trip.

my TBZ is grounded due to broken alternator pulley... walang available stock na pulley lang kahit sa thunder. around 3-4 weeks ang availability. more than 20k pag alternator assembly.
isolated case lang kaya itong sa akin?
