    Pag FS oil gamit mo, every 10k kms ang oil change, pero you have to go back every 5k kms to top up the oil and change the oil filter.

    Wala ako Trailblazer or Colorado... but i've own a 2010 Chevrolet Cruze for almost 2 years....here is my feedback sa service.

    I keep reading post here regarding 10,000km check up.. (every)...but mind you..its 10K km or 6 months whichever comes first. Majority won't even reach 10K km in 6 months.... we at Cruze club...bring our ride 6 months regardless of km reading (again because we dont reach the km but months will be used).. so in short.. you bring your car in Casa twice in a year... cost ng cruze...rough estimate hindi baba ng P4k (gas engine)...average P4.8k-P7K per PMS..depends pa sa km checkup being done, small engine...

    some members will consume less than 3K km in 6 months, but because they want to preserve the warranty, will still bring it in and pay the hefty pms cost... If you base the PMS with KM reading..than panalo sa cost savings..but if months are used...its practically the same with other brands..but again, based on my acquisition..more expensive maintaining my Cruze vs my Strada.

    Regarding naman sa parts...well...supposedly..parts that are needed should always be in stock. again, based on my experience, you had to wait for weeks... (bumper replacement took almost a month). I read some cruze breaking down regarding sensors...some had their units fixed asap..some had to wait because no parts available...

    we can also source out parts outside of casa, but only a few stores would carry the parts of chevrolet.

    This why most chevys even if quality made sya is still has a low RE-SALE value dito sa philippines when compared to other brands, especially japanese cars...

    How did dr_mej's PMS for his Trailblazer got expensive? Medyo mas mura nga yan compared to the initial PMS ng iba naming diesel cars, ranging from 9k-11k pesos.

    I had my 1st PMS ( Chevy North) last saturday milage registered KM 3,800 almost 5 months in use, here my expenses :
    Fuel System Flushing additives P 803.40
    Engine Flush 504.00
    Brake Paste ???? 160.00
    7 ltrs ACDelco Dexos2 *780/ltr 5460.00
    Brake Cleaner 235.00
    Oil Filter 755.00
    Wind Screen Cleaner 160.00
    Sundries 500.00
    LABOR 1314.00
    TOTAL ++++++++ 9891.00

    The TrailB was cleaned & shining again, by the way I learned from the Technical Supervisor that we can't use the EXCEL Motolite Battery due to difference sa terminal, sa trailB has two terminal for positive & negative plus extra for reverse( I don't know what is this). Life span of our EOM battery about 1 1/2 years daw ?????

    Most of the big cars, especially SUV is within that range ang expenses ng 1st PMS, about those minors adds on I can rebuff, kaya Iang I am also considering that what if nagka problema sa banda riyan, then the casa can make excuses kasi ganito, ganyan etc. Kagaya ng engine flush this was a discussion I raised to the Tech. dept supervisor sabi ko ang mga experts are discouraging to use engine flush but kayo are insisting, partly my point siya dahil mineral oil base ang unang gaginamit kaya its recommended to flush the old engine oil plus sediments .

    I noticed that cost of oil filter from the casa ranges from 715 to 755 pesos, I currently have tons of oil filters i need to dispose. These are compatible with Chevrolet and Opel cars, (M18X1.5 thread) Just in case anyone is interested just ping me

    AC Delco Duraguard oil filters, these are a higher end OEM filters superior construction over standard AC Delco oil filters.

    You can keep your full Warranty using these quality filters at half the price of the dealership.

    These will fit any Chevrolet, GM, Opel car 1995 and up with a 4cly or V6 engines with spin on filters.

    This is a mixed media fitler cellulose and microglass for superior filtration vs standard AC Delco

    Heres is its speficiations:

     98% single-pass filtering efficiency at 25 microns for excellent filtering capabilities.
     Patented cellulose media traps particles 1/3 the with of human hair to help ensure a clean supply of oil to engine components.
     Thermosetting adhesive seals hold filtering media in place for consistent, dependable filtration
     Superior filter capacity, enhanced efficiency, consistent flow management and high durability design help provide exceptional filtering performance.
     A burst strength five times greater than most engine oil operating pressures after the oil reaches operating temperatures.

    Casa cannot void your warranty using AC DELCO original parts!!

    200 each only.

    Thanks.

    share lang po. it was done last March 16 * Chevy QA
    km = 5087

    engine flush = 294.64
    brake cleaner = 312.50
    gas and diesel treatme = 294.64
    oil filter = 718.58
    AC Delco Oil 15w40 7L = 1880.06
    Labour = 1700
    Misc = 249.98
    Vat = 654.05
    Total = 6104.45

    gaya nga ng sabi ng mga ibang owners, mas uniform na yun sound
    for fuel consumption, for me same lang.
    response? i can't feel ano difference kasi malakas talaga before and after

    one thing i noticed, yesterday nun nag full tank ako sa unioil mind ave, ang tagal umangat nun gas gauge!
    unlike before, pag ON/Start ng engine ayun na, updated or nag rreflect agad.
    yun kahapon naka uwi na ako dito sa amin at na-park ko nga almost 3/4 pa lang.
    i bet na pag ginamit ko now,aangat pa din sya hahaha

    anyone who had same exp/problem?

    RTS's 1st PMS with his Strada costs much more than that according to him when we chatted over the phone a few days ago. According to him, his Mitsubishi casa charged him 11k pesos for the 1st PMS of his Strada, same as my Montero Spirt.

    Kung meroon mang pagbabago it cud be the engine noise, medyo naging refined & uniform ang ingay, From then & now I feel that the engine is very smooth & responsive, hindi ko na rin nadidinig ang wife ko always praising the strada above TrailB kundi "mukhang OK na OK na si TrailB
