sounds like you bought it already? as I said there are fb sellers of authentic parts. no need to be ripped off by casas.
I recommended that you refer to your car owners handbook manual for maintaining your car properly. Also, you could check the recommended parts and consumables(oils, lubricants, etc.)scheduled replacement intervals
as specified by your car maker(Chev.Indonesia/Thailand). Unluckily our Spin is 1.5L Petrol which the Chev.Dealership didn t issue any reference Owners Manual to date(almost 5 yrs old). No positive feedback from the casa so far. I got a manual from internet but not in English version. Please note that Casa(any) is a business establishment and will always try to convince you to buy a service from them, even if it is not yet necessarily required urgently. I hoped I had shared you an idea on how to spend your hard earned cash wisely. Drive safely always,
Kapag sarado na, wagna. Parakalang bumili ng sakit sa ulo, tagal dumating ng parts..
Malapit narin magsara ang Korea and Thai plant (GM to Cut Product Line, Close Down Factories Globally | Philippine Car News, Car Reviews, Automotive Features, and New Car Prices | ************)
You are left with Brazil Argentina Romania and Europe for parts and there are not much platform that uses the Spin except for minor parts like clearance light of Cruze and wheel stud/bolt of Colorado/TBZ. Collision parts are just made for Spin.
The YD13 by VM Motori is used by many european cars and i bet you could source parts from there for a restrictive price due to shipping cost.
GM & Chevrolet news from web....U.S. Car Plants will be shutting(closed),workers to lay off...Company cant compete with Asian Made Cars. US made cars are good but pricey....due to high labor cost, etc. But GM is not shutting down China Plants...their sales there is better....So we as consumers is expecting GM cars made in China......Business strategy..
^ My guess is, they will also leave China as the two Gov't are facing trade wars.
GM is going electric but shutting down without replacing with good value cars won't save them. They will eventually sell those closed plants to Tesla.
Brake shoe replacement is nowhere to be found.
Apparently its the bigger 100mm version of the Sonic/Aveo's 90mm radius and the part was taken from Daewoo Matiz.
Direct Replacement for GM#95145057 is Bendix BS1870 , NiBk FN11174
Drum GM# 95224012 is 232mm max
No doc, does not apply with Spin as the model platform shares some but not all with the other cars. Like for example the front brake pads is same with Sonic and Avanza while the rear drum was taken from Euro/Indian model Daewoo with 200mm drums(larger and wider than the Sonic and Aveo). Pwede siguro brake bonding yung niririvet but i won't gamble on that, once nasugatan ng rivet yung drum next problem ay saan hahanap ang drum..hehe Riveting is soo 80's, dinidikit na nila ngayon ng mighty bond..
Kung sana pinasok ni Suzuki iyong Ertiga Diesel eh may kaparehas na makina na si Spin pwede swap parts
Here are other parts for the Fiat 1.3 Diesel worth looking to save more $$$. Nalula ako sa P5k presyo ng fuel filter eh, kaliit ng makina mas mahal pa un filter sa langis na napaka hirap din hanapin...

If your casa mechanic happens to use that rattle gun even when you reminded the SA not to do so then the unfortunate stripping of stud followed, the only way casa could replace the stud is by separating the steering knuckle from the hub which means destroying the P3k worth wheel bearing.
My solution is using the makita 9556 to shave some stud head for it to fit in between the hub.
