BTW, the red Cruze LS AT that I test drove at Chevy Pasig has a 5-speed transmission only. Using the tiptronic mode, I was only able to utilize 5 forward gears. Sa isang brochure it's indicated na 5-speed AT lang yung LS. But the sales people there said lahat ng AT na Cruzes have 6 forward gears. Which is which?

You need to reach 80KPH first before it allows you shifting to 6th gear.

Finally bit the bullet and went for the Cruze. I half-jokingly told the sales manager at Chevy Pasig "This deal is a big leap of faith for me. I focused on the aesthetics alone and completely ignore Chevy's reliability history when it comes to small cars." She just laughed and said "Sir, me kilala ka naman sa planta, e."
