On a related note. Some companies are weary about hiring graduates from top schools as some tend to be "jumping jacks" when they are given better offers/opportunities or they just go for some training then join the family business after. When i was being hired before, my boss told me that i would be the last guy from "that" school if i moved jobs immediately. Hirap din kasi mag train ng tao tapos pag oks na, biglang resign. Bad trip lang is that people who jump jobs tend to have the higher salaries at some point...

6 yrs ang pinakamatagal pinaka maikli 6months.
2nd company napirate ako dun sa 3rd company ko... ika 18month ko napromote ako ika 3rd yr ko napromote ako to head the entire Divi youngest sa lahat. kaso nagsara kaya lipat ako sa mas mababang position on my 4th company dito ako nagtagal for 6yrs. ika 14th month ko napromote ako kaso tumagal ako nang 5yrs hindi pa ako napropromote hindi pwede kasi may nakatayo sa harap ko kung hindi sya uusad hindi din ako kaya nagresign at luckily may nag alok sa akin nang mas mataas na position i grab it nagtagal ako sa kanila 4yrs tapos na pirate naman ako nitong present job ko..
Ngayon ulit may nag aalok sa akin na lumipat.
