come to think of it: ok na bizname yan ah: Baby Factory hehehe
or pet photography..i came out with this idea when a photographer friend of mine migrated in the US...kako maarte mga pet owners dyan surely they'll love the idea na maging model modelan mga alaga nila...

shempre aside from different themes dapat wide din ang costume selections...u know...from pet rat to pet pig ...mahirap ito pero mukang maganda at tiyak kakagatin.

punta ka sa sunlife office then inquire ka na lang dun about mutual funds. if they try to sell insurance (and they will, mas malaki kasi ang commission nila sa insurance ) don't be shy to tell them right off that you went there for the mutual funds and not insurance.

this is their website >> http://www.sunlife.com.ph

    dito office nila sa makati>>
Sun Life of Canada (Philippines), Inc. (Head Office)
    12/F, Tower 2, Enterprise Center
6766 Ayala Avenue Corner Paseo de Roxas Makati City, Philippines
Tel. No. (632) 886-61-88 (Trunk Line)
    Fax No. (632) 8499686 - (Marketing)

check mo muna website nila, specifically the link to /product/mutual funds
then see mo dun the different investments you can put your money into, like equities, bonds, balanced funds, etc. study each one thoroughly before you go to the sunlife office so you will know exactly what you want, and so you don't allow yourself to be "sales talked".

i also suggest to complete the investor profile page >>> http://www.sunlife.com.ph/mutualfunds/kyc.asp

there are also other mutual fund companies out there besides sunlife that you should consider. in fact the better performing ones are Philam mutual and another not so well known company. i plan to invest in Philam sometime also. the only thing you need to remember is better performance = more risks.

please note that i am not an agent of any mutual fund company.

    boss yebo...

I was entertained while reading the troll posts a while ago(halos half day bago ko matapaos basahin from the start) about "francswiss".

I am just concerned because my friend's wife invested a similar US$1000 on deutchsfranc.com and earns 50$ per day. Yesterday he opened up a bdo dollar account intended to funnel all the earnings from that investment in the said account. Let's see if this will turn out ok.

My business sense tells me this is scam too.

Digital printing, specializing in vehicle wraps. Di pa halos sumisikat at nagiging mainstream yang vehicle wraps kaya maganda pang pumasok dyan. Service oriented sya, kaya puedeng mataas at variable ang mark-up, the sky is the limit ika nga.

vehicle wraps? are those the vinyls that the tuner crowd puts on their cars like we see in the Fast & the Furious movie series??

no offense to you, but even at the height of the F&F craze, in one of the most car and mod-crazy areas in the world (Southern California), there were hardly any people (other than people whose cars were in the movies :hihihi: ) who put that stuff on their vehicles.

i bet that it is such a small niche market that you most likely won't even be able to pay off your fixed costs

Yes, they are examples of them but they're not all of them. A good market would be the fleet vehicles of companies, so they can show their products, brands, etc.

None taken, Sir. As I've said, the "mod-crazy" people would just be a small part of your market, but it's still a market nonetheless. I believe that if you're able to show your product/service to the right people, (marketing to the right people), you won't have any problem.

I seriously don't think that it's just for a small niche market. Puede ka mag create ng mga "mock-ups" ng design mo para sa isang company, show it to the right people of that company and reasonably price it, then you can get your first corporate customer. Along the way, you could build up your portfolio and you will surely earn.

One good thing sa business na to is you can actually work from home, or your garage. Di mo na kelangan ng mamahaling rented space to be able to do your thing, although it would'nt hurt if you're shop is located in Banawe, etc. Kung skilled ka na as installer, puede kang mag operate alone, although ideally, meron ka dapat isang helper to install. Digital printing have come a long way, at maraming klase ng materials ang lumalabas ngayon that it's very exciting and rewarding to enter such kind of business.

    Some examples here:

Banners, stickers, posters, even the small labels of mineral water bottles you can do.
